The hotel has potential, but it’s biggest problem is the terrible customer experience of the reception, when checking in. We have given this place now 4-5 changes to change that impression, but now improvement.
When you arrive to the hotel there is reception with two desks for two receptionists and long queue customers waiting to be served.
There is usually one receptionists working with obviously very old system that has no customer recognition or intelligence. All data is manually added and each time from the scratch.
There is usually also another receptionists sitting by the counter doing totally something else than helping with the customer queue.
Few weeks ago on Friday evening this unfriendly person was counting coins while check-in queu of over 10 couples took over 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable.
Overall the customer experience is unknown here, and you cannot get a friendly smile anywhere.
Hotel rooms are ok, but the bed is quite hard. The spa is small, but ok Breakfast has been good and the lobby bar is actually the most friendliest place of the whole hotel.
Parking is 30 euro / night if you are lucky to get a spot and then get the reception to bother to open the gate for you.
Location of the hotel is bit far from everything, but it’s quiet.
