I did not stay in the hotel. My daughter's car had transmission trouble as she was going to Pensacola. Judy and Keyon were extremely gracious, helpful, and professional while I arranged to move the car. The car had to sit in the parking lot for 9 days and they were very patient THANK YOU!! G. I booked a room with two beds and when I arrived they said they only had single room. The room was for two men Desk clerk explained they regularly overbook double rooms and had no accomodations for me.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! Upon check-in, the hotel could not find my employee's reservation that I made even though they had previously been called with credit card information. Upon going to the room, my employee found mold on the wall, stains on the sheets, broken light fixture switches, and hair on the supposedly clean towels, plus the room smelled like a combination of body order and *********! Immediately, my employee check out without staying. They then refused to refund my credit card for the night claiming my employee had laid in the bed and taken a shower...which my employee would not have done given the mold in the shower. Prior to contesting the charge with my credit card company I then called to try and resolve it and was put on hold for over 15 minutes while I heard what sounded like a staff party going on in the background. Completely incompetent staff and this is a hotel from hell.

First off, just like the other reviews that are listed here DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!. The place is fully disgusting and it is infested with roaches, dead roaches, live roaches, crawling roaches, these roaches are in the walls, which are not being treated. I should’ve known better walking through the front door that it was gonna be a dump. When I arrived there were groups of people outside, smoking and congregating. But traveling all day I decided to check in and make the best of it. Once I got the keys and went into the room, I flipped on the lights and roaches scattered everywhere which was very disgusting. I took pictures and videos to show the desk attendant downstairs and told him through the window. I asked if I could be switched to another room. He informed me that the hotel was sold out and he only had one room left which was a handicapped room. David then walked with me to the room he was offering me and upon entering that second room and turning on the lights there was roaches crawling on the couch and floor. At this point I was well beyond over this nasty hotel and got a refund and went to another hotel that I was forced to have to find at 11:30 PM!!! This hotel is absolutely disgusting and old and people have been writing the same reviews for the past four months about the roaches and nothing is obviously being done. I don’t know what people would even stay here for five minutes. If there was this many roaches crawling around on the floor and everywhere else when the lights were on, I can only imagine what is crawling around in the dark!!!!
