Ulasan Wandee Bed & Breakfast

After a long ride from Phuket bus terminal 1, we finally arrived at this no-frills guest room. En route at Khao Lak, we can see the countryside, at times along the coastal beach. Khao Lak is a good base to join the Similan Islands daytrip. We chose this budget guest house as the bus could drop us off along the road whereby we could try to find our way to this small hidden guest house.

I stayed here and the minute i arrived the manager did not welcone me, offer to help.take my suitcase up the stairs to my room. Now this is nit a good start to any stay! The room did not have a kettle or safe box which was ok..but no one can put up with an unwillingness to help or that attitude . i tried to talk to her but she didnt want to know. Customer service .nit a chance. Its cheap and provides a confy stay. The only thing i was hapoy was the cleaning lady she was exvellent, obviously.the Manager has an attitude. Do nit stay here.

Отличный отель. Чистейшая комната. Белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Удобная большая кровать. Хорошее искусственное освещение. Современный телевизор. Есть балкон. Стойка для сушки белья. Фена нет. Хорошее расположение. Всё в шаговой доступности, в том числе остановка автобусов. Если будем в Као Лаке, то только сюда.

Снимали бунгало, все чисто аккуратно. Остановились на 1 сутки. Минут 10 ждала когда подойдут сотрудники, чтобы оформится. А так все отлично. Рекомендую.

Отличное жилье, удобно. Гостеприимная хозяйка.

Чистый хороший номер. Хорошие белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Ванная комната в отличном состоянии. Ежедневная уборка номера. Частая смена полотенец и постельного белья. Дружелюбный персонал, готовый ответить и по возможности помочь с возникающими вопросами. Отличное сочетание цена качество. Бронировали изначально на 3 дня. Остались на 20!

Ужасный номер, грубое обслуживание. Не рекомендую.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We messaged her in the morning asking for a room with 1 bed, then she tried to keep our money when we wanted to cancel and when we said we’re calling the cops she pushed my boyfriend and was waving scissors in his face, and calling us slurs that they won’t let me post in this. She then called someone from out back who also came and yelled at us. If I can deter anyone from staying here, don’t stay here!!!

Lovely owner! Had a very good experience staying here. Rooms are not fancy, but are clean, have air-con and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and dive shops. Overall I had a very nice stay here!

Ich war insgesamt fast 2 Wochen im Wandee, es gibt 2 kleine Nachteile und der ist das es nicht am Meer liegt und keinen Pool hat. Ansonsten war ich in der meisten Zeit in einem Deluxe room mit Balkon. Diese sind ausgestattet mit - Balkon Blick auf den Innenhof - Wasserkocher und Tassen, - Kühlschrank - Doppelbett - Schrank - tv (keine deutschen Programme) Das Bad und Zimmer sind modern und recht neu gefliest, es gibt einen wäscheständer und auf Anfrage einen Fön. Das guesthouse liegt zentral, man erreicht alles in kürzester Zeit Strand in 5 Minuten über eine Palmen Plantage erreichbar. Stadt eine Minute - täglich hört man bis ca. 23 Uhr die live Musik ansonsten angenehm von der Lautstärke trotz Innenstadt Lage. Wandee ist hilfsbereit, wäscht selbst die Wäsche für 70 baht je Kilo, Ausflüge kann man über sie planen und auch Taxi Fahrten. Die Organisation ist tadellos Ich habe mehrfach verlängert, in meinem Zimmer habe ich mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Acceuil désastreux , Propriétaire agressive qui demande à ce que je regarde mieux les photos de ma réservation sur booking ! Elle m’invite à aller voir ailleurs ! Ce que je fais avec plaisir ! Elle a cependant l’honnête de me rembourser l’intégralité de mes 3 nuits ( seul point positif !) Propriétaire peu empathique ! elle crie et hurle !!!!! Sa propriété est un hôtel avec des chambres d hôtels classiques qui sont peu calmes et des bungalows dans un vaste jardin !! La propriétaire est pas à l’accueil !!il faut sonner … À déconseiller ! Trop peu aimable !!! Il est pas certains que les commentaires sur booking soient vrais tellement cette femme est peu accueillante !!!! À eviter
