Rooms for single travellers were spacious , clean.
Breakfast was very well organized, clean serving areas.polite staff as well !

Wonderful breakfast buffet, with neatly built comfortable onsen place.
Combined with well-delivered guest service, I will come back if I have any chance to visit Takayama.

Great location with a chic design. The room is spacious and clean. The onsen is located at 9/F which can enjoy a great view from the outdoor onsen!

Very new and cute hotel. Got the cheapest double room and there is space to open luggage, unlike other chain hotels. Breakfast is sufficient and nice at a cute cafe downstairs. There is complimentary coffee and tea at lobby. Overall I love this hotel except there is no towel at hot spring and no bottled water in rooms. These are small touches that can complete a stay yet lacking.

A very nice hotel with tea & coffee station at the looby and super friendly staff. The room and hot spring facilities are very clean. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit there.

Great location and nice service. Attendants are attentive and quick to help. Lots of varieties at breakfast and well worth the price. View from the lounge is great but it was a bit hazy during our stay.

Amazing value and service๐๐ป
Staffs are very kind.
I went to the hotel early in the morning just to store my luggage before check-in.
But they immediately let me check in early and gave me a corner room.
Room condition was perfect and had gorgeous views.
Heater was a bit too warm for me but it was perfect for drying clothes.
Will definitely revisit here๐๐ป

Wish I had booked 2N instead of 1 .. Takayama has much more to offer.. few mins from Takayama station and bus centre.. super convenient ..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its amazing location and amenities. Situated on the 9th floor, the onsen offers a breathtaking view while you relax in its soothing waters.
The addition of massage chairs adds an extra touch of luxury to the experience, and at just 300 yen for 15 minutes, it's a fantastic value.
However, it's important to note that guests need to bring their own towel from their hotel room before heading to the onsen, which might be a slight inconvenience for some.
