Location isn't very attractive but neither is most of the city anyways. Walking distance (just about) from the south railway station but otherwise need to take a taxi or bus (can be slow going). Staff very helpful (paid for my didi taxi through her phone and I refunded her in cash when I came back since price wasn't completely set before the end of the ride) and there is a rather well-equipped gym. Room very comfortable but very chain-like. Tacky ground floor deco and disappointing breakfast for western taste.
