Going to the hotel, the handsome guy (Xiao Guo butler) from the concierge department came to help pull the suitcase, took us to check in, and also helped to take the luggage to the room, and enthusiastically answered our N many questions halfway. Li Yan, the beauty of the concierge department, was warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to help with the registration of the station, warm reminder.
The hotel is located in the downtown area and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Booked a business twin room, the room is large, multiple partitions, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there are Huanhuan fruits, Starbucks coffee, bed opening service. Especially worth recommending is the hotel's buffet breakfast, there are many varieties, will not regret it, awesome 👍👍

The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

Good location if one likes to be close to a night market. Another good point is the washing machine in the room. The WiFi in the hotel is not working well, very unstable and disappears every 10 minutes, not quite handy when one is doing some work for the next day. When asking the staff whether something can be done in order to improve the WiFi, two ladies appeared who will tell you that you are very handsome and will explain how the television can be switched on. Unfortunately this did not have an effect on the stability of the WiFi 🙃

Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The service staff checked in very efficiently and quickly, and the service attitude was very excellent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. Satisfied, and will tell friends who come to Taiyuan to choose Shanxi Hotel first.

I booked a special single room without windows. The hotel lobby manager Wang Qian's service is really great! When I checked in, the hotel upgraded my room type. The hotel also provided free millet porridge and gave me breakfast for the next day☺️. I felt flattered. They sent me all the way to the room. They also kindly reminded me when the weather was bad. They recommended me all the fun things in Taiyuan. The first time I came to Taiyuan, I was full of good feelings about this city! I chose this place when I came to Taiyuan for tourism. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport, and there is a subway station next to it. The hotel's breakfast is on the ninth floor and tastes good. I am satisfied with it overall. It is only one subway stop away from the airport and Taiyuan South Station, one in front and one behind, so the price/performance ratio is quite high.

GGuest UserEvery time I come to Taiyuan for a business trip, I choose this hotel. It is quiet at night and there is no noise. The bedding is also very good, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom is very clean, and the toilet has a disposable toilet cover, which can be replaced with one click. I especially like it. I like the room with a bathtub most, and it will be equipped with a disposable bathtub cover, which perfectly solves the hygiene problem.

TTheTravelShowThe hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

TTheTravelShowLocated in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

FFujikurathe hotel is only 20mins travel from the airport which is wonderful for my business trip because i need to go to my customer located nearby.
the services and facilities are also better than other local hotel. it is my third time staying this hotel, will definitely choose the same hotel on my next trips.

GGuest UserHome Inn Gulou is the wisest choice for this trip to Taiyuan. The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to tell me about the delicious food nearby. Special thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk, He Zixuan, the traffic policeman who came to check the car and immediately called me to move the car (even more anxious than me). There is also a beautiful waiter and manager who recommended a cheap parking lot nearby. She is very considerate. It is so rare to have service staff who are so considerate of customers. I will come to your home next time I come to Taiyuan.

MMandy_HIn the pedestrian street, the location is equivalent to Jianghan Road in Wuhan. Rooms on the roadside will be a little noisy. It will be quieter after 11:30 pm. It is recommended that the hotel provide earplugs.
Transportation: Didi cars can drive to the downstairs of the hotel during the morning departure time. From noon to evening, the car must park across the road, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel does not have a parking lot, so you need to park at your own expense.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Although it is on the first floor, it is not noisy at all. When you enter the room, it looks very straight. The room is white but not dirty at all. My sister is very nice. There are instant noodles in the room. I don’t like eating them. You can get dumplings here. It’s not too close to the South Station and can be reached in 10 minutes. It’s also on a major road. You don’t have to turn around and walk straight out of the community to get there.
