The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

Going to the hotel, the handsome guy (Xiao Guo butler) from the concierge department came to help pull the suitcase, took us to check in, and also helped to take the luggage to the room, and enthusiastically answered our N many questions halfway. Li Yan, the beauty of the concierge department, was warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to help with the registration of the station, warm reminder.
The hotel is located in the downtown area and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Booked a business twin room, the room is large, multiple partitions, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there are Huanhuan fruits, Starbucks coffee, bed opening service. Especially worth recommending is the hotel's buffet breakfast, there are many varieties, will not regret it, awesome 👍👍

Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The service staff checked in very efficiently and quickly, and the service attitude was very excellent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. Satisfied, and will tell friends who come to Taiyuan to choose Shanxi Hotel first.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

It is very close to the airport and very convenient. It takes less than ten minutes to get there by Didi. The lobby corridor and the room are very spacious, especially the room has a high ceiling and is large, so it feels very open. The heated room in the north is really comfortable in winter. The check-in guy was also very good. He chose a room that met my requirements perfectly. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good, with Shanxi-style fried meat and knife-cut noodles. Shanxi noodles are really good. I will choose this Huanpeng again next time if I need it~~~

GGuest UserEvery time I come to Taiyuan for a business trip, I choose this hotel. It is quiet at night and there is no noise. The bedding is also very good, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom is very clean, and the toilet has a disposable toilet cover, which can be replaced with one click. I especially like it. I like the room with a bathtub most, and it will be equipped with a disposable bathtub cover, which perfectly solves the hygiene problem.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. When I arrived at the store, the front desk staff gave me a very warm welcome and felt very friendly.

TTheTravelShowThe hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel
Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻
The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! They also had excellent basic service, such as lifting up your luggage!
If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊

The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

TTarraleahExcellent location directly across the road from Maoye Plaza which is one of Taiyuan’s best shopping and dining destinations. The location means there’s a bit of traffic noise, and my room also had a bit of noise from the restaurant kitchen which was straight above, but it was all tolerable, especially for the convenience of the location. The room was very comfortable well-equipped, but cleanliness was a little down on what it should have been. Reception staff were most friendly and helpful, very quickly and happily helping when I had difficulty connecting to wifi. The breakfast was very good, with a healthy and tasty range of Chinese vegetable and meat dishes, salads, fruits, and more. I would very happily stay here again!

GGuest UserThis Spring Festival, we chose to travel by car. On the way back to Beijing, we encountered heavy snow. Faced with the closure of the highway and the inability to drive on the provincial road, we chose to rest in Taiyuan. We were very embarrassed and waited for the snow to stop.
The first time we went to Taiyuan, we chose the La Quinta Wyndham Hotel, which was closest to us.
During the hotel check-in process, including dining, there were some minor problems because there were many stranded customers at the time. I also got angry with the hotel staff. At this time, the restaurant manager Chen Feilong gave very professional help and service, and there was also a tall hotel manager who helped us solve all the problems, allowing us to feel warmth and love in hunger and cold.
Although the sudden bad weather made the trip a little unsatisfactory, Wyndham's professional and warm service made up for all the regrets and gave a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe location to the hotel is really something, but luckily the hotel staff came to pick us up from where the taxi stopped. The room was okay but in terms of cleanliness, there's still a lot to be done especially in the bathroom. If I were staying for longer it would be a problem using the wc but since it was just a night to catch a flight I'm not too mad. The bathroom was spacious enough and the room as well even though there were two beds, which was good. The overall stay was okay, we had to go back into town and the lovely Mr Lee was very helpful, he drove us back to the roadside to get a taxi and when we got back luckily we met him after the map took us to a wrong route and drove us back to the hotel. The airport was about 6 minutes from the hotel and even though we both had different departure times, one early in the morning and myself late afternoon, we were both taken to the airport as well. I think if the road to the hotel is fixed and they can do some real scrubbing and cleaning it would be a really good place.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Although it is on the first floor, it is not noisy at all. When you enter the room, it looks very straight. The room is white but not dirty at all. My sister is very nice. There are instant noodles in the room. I don’t like eating them. You can get dumplings here. It’s not too close to the South Station and can be reached in 10 minutes. It’s also on a major road. You don’t have to turn around and walk straight out of the community to get there.
