The hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable! Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here! Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

The location is near Bell Tower Street. It is very convenient to come back from the night market at night. There are also many shared bicycles at the door, which makes it more convenient to go to the nearby Liuxiang Bell Tower Street. The hotel has a rich breakfast, with special handmade knife-cut noodles and many other varieties. The room is equipped with Xiaodu smart, which keeps up with the times. The two ladies at the front desk, Nana Hao Li and Laura Qu Xiangxiang, have a good sense of service. When we checked out, we had a lot of things on hand, and took the initiative to ask if we needed a bag. They helped me merge multiple handbags into one, freeing my hands. The small details gave me a good experience. I can come again next time. It is worth recommending.

The room was quiet and hygienic, the service staff were proactive and courteous, especially the breakfast had a wide variety of varieties, and the restaurant service was warm, friendly, responsible and proactive, which left a deep and good impression on me.

The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

The room cleaning service was excellent My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻 The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! They also had excellent basic service, such as lifting up your luggage! If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊 Everything else was good! I want to visit again next time🩷

Located in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall. The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too. Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

I really like the retro American style of the hotel, all equipment can be voice-controlled, well-equipped, sound insulation is also good, the price is high, the service of the lady at the front desk is very attentive, the room has been upgraded to a garden room, happy weekend, drinking small wine and watching movies are very comfortable!

The deluxe twin room is quite spacious. It is especially uncomfortable to sit on the toilet in the bathroom. It is not a smart toilet. The shower door cannot be closed, it seems to be a bit crooked. 4 bottles of mineral water are left in the room every day, 2 bottles are outside room temperature, 2 bottles are in the refrigerator, and there is a room for Coke Sprite, free of charge, and I feel pretty good. The cleaning sister and the beautiful waiter in the breakfast room are very polite, and they will take the initiative to say hello every day and chat a few words, which makes people feel good.

This trip to Shanxi stayed in the five-star Datong VIP Building for two nights. The two-night and four-star Wutaishan Friendship Hotel is the so-called Trip.com preferred hotel.
