Jaraknya sekitar 12 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun kereta api.Lingkungan tenang dan terdapat restoran mie dan panti pijat di dekatnya. Pemilik B&B ramah dan memberikan perkenalan yang jelas, juga akan membantu membelikan sarapan McDonald's. Ada kucing di B&B, rak buku untuk membaca di ruang umum, dan kursi pijat gratis. Suasananya hangat dan nyaman.

The electric mirror in the bathroom is impressive as it remains warm and prevents water condensation. However, the bathroom fan is a bit noisy, and the hair dryer produces a strong gust of wind. Additionally, the internet password in the room is not easily discernible.

Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value. 老闆很nice，很會提示住客需注意什麼， 住宿是性價比之王，對不抽煙之旅客人是友好，浴室用具正常運作完整無壞，唯一缺點掛鉤及檯面空間不足 地面一樓會共享的設施，如 水機，冰箱，自己飲料區 有按摩椅等。。 可以再來

很有藝術的民宿，怖置不錯房間也很乾淨，入住時老闆娘不在很細心的跟我說如何解鎖入內，說明細解，晚上回民宿有預到闆娘也有聊天原來這是剛開業沒很久的民宿，常常去台東玩下次還會選著入住，也會介紹朋友

二訪，離台東火車站很近，房間整潔，附近好停車，但是附近商家少，要吃飯要往市區跑，不然就只能買便利商店。

這是非常適合有小孩子的家庭停留的溫馨小店，闆娘把整個空間佈置的非常有藝術風味，我們當天不知道他們有下班時間出去旅遊晚了，他們還特地等我們回來確認入住真的感謝

房間乾淨，價格優惠，離火車站也近，對遊客來講是不錯的選擇，沒附早餐，但櫃台旁邊有誠實商店小區有賣可填肚子的泡麵，自己拿自己投錢，或者到火車站附近買皆可

房間整潔舒適，乾淨度不錯，距離車站步行的時間大約10分鐘左右，整體來說室內環境乾淨整潔，雖然外觀看起來沒有很新，但是房間裡面是整潔乾淨的，cp值相當高
