Room is clean and nice, staff is friendly and helpful and location is good. It is just about 3 mins walking distance to Shilin Night market, with a few 7 eleven and family marts in different corner. It’s better to book higher floor to see the view.

Regent is a 5-star hotel with great service and good location in Zhongshan District in Taipei. Price wise is a bit on the high side but the hotel service is top notch. There is also a small shopping gallery inside the hotel with shops selling luxury products such as LV and Chanel. There is live music at the cafe inside the hotel too. The rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great with big variety of cuisine to choose from. Location is about 10-15mins walk to Zhongshan MRT train station. Nearby has many shops which is convenient.

Responded to and handled my requests very well. The room was clean and tidy. The service desk was super helpful. Staff were nice. Housekeeping was great. There did have some street noises as shared by previous reviews. Yet, it was totally alright by around 11pm. So, no big issue. Location-wise, it is surrounded by malls. Didn't try the walk with luggage to the mrt because of my injury. So, no comment for that.

Excellent location next to subway station. Excellent service. They kindly replaced a box of specialty cakes left in the room fridge. Fitness room has everything you need. And the outdoor pool is really something.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It is still a little far from Taipei Arena MRT. If you bring children, it is more convenient to call a taxi. The hotel is relatively new and has its own design style. The ID design of the restaurant is also very interesting. However, breakfast will be charged if the child is 6 years old. Other hotel restaurants will charge for children over 7 years old. There are not many choices and changes for breakfast. hotel around are many restaurants and 711. It is actually okay not to eat in the restaurant, outside are more choices. The hotel staff are quit friendly and polite. The bedding in the hotel room is very comfortable, the room and bed size are very spacious, and the room is cleaned every day. Taiwan does not provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own toiletries.

It’s a good place to stay and relax. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Walkable distance to Xiaonanmen mrt station. there is shuttle bus every 2 hours to XiMending or Longshan temple (both location have mrt). There is a shops and even carrefour near the hotel with a 5mins distance walk. The staff is very friendly and would also recommend places to visit. Do take note that there is a deposit of SGD$220 during check-in. Will definitely come back again!

I had the accessible room for one night. I cannot complain about the stay. The room was in good size and the staff were friendly. The location was not the most convenient but the hotel has a nice 7seater as shuttle to the Metro in the day time. The amenities in the room may require an upgrade as switches and system are not quite there yet. The swimming pool and gym were good. Else, would stay again if it fits the budget.

Purposely choose to stay with M.O. check-in process was smooth with special house tea and cold towels. The room was big and elegant setting. Toiletries were sufficient, however, with a strong sustainable mission. This MO still uses toothpaste instead of other MO toothpaste paper. I found their bath towels were rather old, which I don't expect from this level of Hotel. Most of the hotels have water kettle but not here. They offered a Japanese hot water machine which made me think of 30 years ago. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. I have the same similar level of hotel , they have a person to guide you to your room but not here.

Everything was perfect - the room, the staff service and the well maintained hotel. If i were to offer 1 suggestion, it would be that the breakfast buffet selection could use a bit more variety. In terms of taste, i found that some of the items were not very flavourful
