Ulasan CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit small. Rooms are clean overall. We just had a bad experience with bed bugs but the hotel was very accommodating.

Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Ginny, Becca, Julia & Angel. Luggage weighing scale, luggage storage and laundromat service were available. Room was comfy and clean. Snacks and drinks were provided round the clock. Close to Taipei Main Station. Exit Y5 and through Qsquare mall. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nearby exit Y13 , and AirPort Express. Will stay again when i come Taipei .

Very nice and cozy and clean too. Staff are very friendly. Provide cup noodles for supper. Very heart warming service.

Small but clean room, for the price we pay it’s worth the money. Great location, walking distance to a few eateries and Taipei main station.

The entire staff were very willing to help. They would answer all questions very accurately and politely The hotel offers free laundry. That is a big help to travellers. Anacks and coffee are always available You can order things through them. Prices are good and they keep very good record of everything . They asked me for a survey. I did tell them how to improve more. The manager answered personally That was amazing

Basic hotel. Good location. But small rooms. Some are without windows. So rem to choose family room if you need a window.

Hotel do not provide breakfast. But have the nearby shops like 7-11, McDonald, KFC, Korean shop and local breakfast shops. Although the hotel do not provide breakfast, they do provide mineral bottles, snacks,wifi free and movies free. Around 10pm, level 1 pantry provides,coffee and Ice lemon tea and even 3 flavour of instant cup noodles. Room is clean and the frontline staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stay there 4days and 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Love the self service laundry. Location is great. Near Q mall, Airport MRT, TAIPEI rain station t.pantry serve nice energy bar and good coffee.After 11pm serving Tainwanes instance noodle .

This is probably my 3rd or 4th time staying at Cityinn branch II or III. It’s definitely not one of those fancy hotels with a gym or pool BUT their service is impeccable and awesome. I would always like to comment on Jay at branch III, always cheerful and helpful even though he is alone working! Please give him a raise!!! I would definitely choose Cityinn as my first choice whenever I visit Taiwan! Thank you once again for the warm stay!

Very good & price competitive!

酒店處於台北車站附近，位置非常優越，大堂設計時尚，雖然房間有點小，但設備齊全，最主要是前台職員服務專業，積極向本人提供乘車建議及旅遊景點，最重要是酒店有洗衣乾衣服務，並在凌晨時分協助客人把完成乾衣程序後的衣服收好，翌日都前台領取。這個服務非常之貼心令本人可提早休息。
