Flight arrived late so we checked-in almost at mid-night. The counter satff on duty was very unpolite. Such attitude was not in servicing sector. Daytime staff are ok. The corridor and room were fully carpeted. Taipei has a rainy & humid environment, to carpet the room is an unwise practice. The air in the room was humid, stuffy & mouldy. Such condition triggered my nasal allergy. The favourable points are the easy access to the nearby MRT station and convience foods.

Good service, very helpful. Comfortable large bed. Very clean and easy to find. Near a convenient stores and night market.

Good location and service , not far to to the Taipei main train stay station

This hotel could use some updating in decor but it is in a great location and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is complete with a safe, refrigerator and a great selection of TV channels. I was very happy with stay.

Super happy and the receptionist are all accommodating. Super love the hotel! They have upgrade our room too!! Will get back to this hotel soon again

near zhongshan MRT. room carpet already dirty is black it mean hotel is Old. first day i check in. already night. there give me normal room. next i complain. i booking is big room. y u give normal room? 2a1c.he said. children need to paid.when i booking at trip com children stay is free until 12 old but my child is 11 old. there said children over 6 old needs to paid. then they change to me big room again.

We booked the hotel as a last minute affordable option for NYE as somewhere to just put our heads down and it was exactly that. The location was good and the staff were helpful but the room was quite tired with mould growing on the walls and peeling wallpaper. To be fair to the staff they offered us two other rooms when we raised it as an issue but neither were any more inviting.

The hotel is dilapidated and smells of history. I stayed on the 6th floor and had a window. The smell of history was stronger in the room, but it faced what seemed to be a parking lot. Starting at 3am in the middle of the night, I could hear people talking outside the street from time to time. Room space is OK According to previous comments, I don't think it's close to the MRT station, but I think it's quite far away from the MRT station. I will not recommend this place to my friends.

The hotel room is a bit old, but the room is large. I asked the lobby staff for an extra bottle of shampoo, but they actually said they wouldn't give it to me. They said staff would replenish it tomorrow, but I have long hair and one bottle is not enough for two people. In addition, the jacuzzi is not very clean. One of the water jets sprays out water as soon as it is turned on. The facilities are too old. On the last day, I saw this next to the sofa in the morning. It was so scary! I actually slept with this pest for one night, and when I reported it to the lobby staff, they just said lightly that the pests would come out due to recent sanitation, and they didn't apologize at all. It was terrible... Don't push it!

Why is Taipei such an excellent hotel? This hotel is first-class in terms of decoration, service, environment, food, rooms, etc. The most important thing is that the price is 10 points economical. The price-performance ratio is very high. Especially, I want to praise the manager at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and fluent in English. He leaves a deep impression on the guests. This is particularly worthy of praise.
