Nicely located in the heart of hot spring area. Hot spring on the roof was very nice! Breakfast was good! We will be back!

As hotel is a Spa Spring, it provides necessarily hotel services and item. It likes a 3-star hotel so don't expect too much. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very good location right next to bus stop n hot spring park...

No breakfast provided. We arrived and checked in only around 7pm at the hotel. Went to the roof hot spring and there was no one around. We got to enjoy the whole area by ourselves. Parking is provided and the staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice and we can soak in the hot spring in the comfort of our room.

The room come with jacuzzi bathtub. I really enjoy the hot spring jacuzzi in my room. The hotel provides body lotions for us to use after hot spring bath. I will come again.

This is a terrible hotel, and I would strongly advise against anyone visiting Beitou for a hot spring experience to consider staying here. The hotel's service is extremely poor. The front desk staff kept us waiting for over 30 minutes just to leave our luggage at the lobby. The worst part was the condition of the room, which was disgustingly dirty. They never changed the pillowcases or bed sheets, and the room service did a haphazard job of cleaning, leaving used towels behind. Even the outdoor hot spring pool was filthy. I sincerely regret staying at this hotel and urge those considering booking it to think twice.

The hotel is relatively old and is not recommended for Hong Kong people who have requirements. The service attitude is basically to take care of yourself. Don't have any expectations for breakfast, just fill your stomach. Hot spring water is supplied normally, and the heat is about 55 degrees. For room hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own disinfection supplies. Overall, we strongly recommend that Hong Kong people not to go. People from other countries are welcome to experience this old-style hotel.

There is a large Buddhist altar in the lobby on the first floor, and the whole building is filled with a strong smell of burning incense, to the point where you have to wear a mask. The mattress is very hard, the furniture is peeling and mottled, but the environment is clean. The breakfast is quite simple and overall it is up to the standard of a three-star hotel. If the pilgrimage group is also traveling domestically, this is a very suitable place for pilgrims to choose to stay.

The equipment is a bit old, the hot spring on the roof is not hot enough, and the water temperature in the footbath is too high. No one has made adjustments. However, the jacuzzi in the bathroom is quite comfortable, although it is a bit old.

This experience is quite good~~ The location is pretty good too~~~ The equipment is also good~~~ But it’s a long walk~~ I will go there again with my family next time~~

The big bed has a rescue device, and the small window next to it has no glass, so wind can seep in. The temperature was 10 degrees Celsius the night I stayed, and the bed was cold. In addition, there is a hot spring bath in the room, so don’t expect too high hygiene requirements.

Facilities: There are hot springs and several others Hygiene: clean Environment: Quiet Service: considerate It was a good experience. I stayed for 7 days in total and was able to soak in the hot springs every day♨️. I will stay here again next time.
