Service was top tier! Every single personnel or staff in this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities were more than what we needed. And we got upgraded into Fabulous room and the view was beautiful. The interior of the room is my favorite. I loved my time here in W. The pool though honestly was a bit cold for me. They probably dont use their pool heater much but i enjoyed more in their sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

The hotel environment is very good and clean. The room is very new and the transportation is convenient

Excellent location next to shopping and restaurants. Taipei 101 is within walking distance and the subway is right below the hotel. Will visit again for sure.

The floor of the room wasn't very clean, can see hair everywhere. Other than that, was all good, nice room service and good service from the staff.

Top notch hotel with a great vibe in the buzzing district of Taipeh. Really enjoyed the breakfast selection and poolside as well as the walking distance to 101 and other touristic sites.

It was an incredibly enjoyable experience! From the hotel's facilities to the service and overall ambiance, everything left a lasting impression on me.
