Pelayanannya sangat baik, tempatnya bersih, makanannya enak, transportasinya juga nyaman.

Sebagian besar staf yang kami temui ramah. Terutama resepsionis pria yang sangat profesional dan membantu. Lokasi bagus, sarapan enak, dan kamar luas.

I’ve praised this hotel a lot. Now would highly praise concierge staff. The senior staff reminds me of the London Ritz doorman who’s always smiling, polite and remember hotel guest’s names. The only time we feel uncomfortable is about the hotel guests and visitors who talk really loud and allow young kids to fool around on the ground in lobby. This is not unusual but common in Taiwan.

Nice hotel, location, services, foods and room everything are so nice.

I have such a great stay, this is the only hotel that helps you in carrying luagage compare to all others. Start from entering the hotel, the staff have already welcome you with smile even bow to welcome you. Really have a great stay here. If the hotel have more choice on breakfast that will give an extra point to them. Well done.

Merging modern chic with traditional elegance, the hotel is a spectacle to behold. With a beautiful Victorian garden immediately to the left of the entrance, a rooftop garden and swimming pool, and other instagram-worthy spots scattered through the hotel, our stay there was like a scavenger hunt for the picture that will get the most “likes”. Vainness aside, the service is most excellent. The concierge kindly answered all our questions about airport shuttle and local breakfast joints, and was very helpful in general. The room itself was clean and spacious, and every thing you can ask for. Heck, the toilet seat was automated to greet us by opening its cover upon entry in the bathroom! The location, only 5 mins away from the train station and standing right next to the Miramar Entertainment Park, is also unbeatable. Everything that we need can be accessed right at our doorstep. The stay was so pleasant that we didn’t want to leave!

You overall ok. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved as I still find hair in the bathtub.. The receptionists needs training, as they chit chat about personal matters very loudly even when clients walk past. Room service was efficient , thumbs up! I will consider whether to boost gain after the renovation is completed.
