The room was small but very clean and acceptable. Good location , close to Songjiang Nanjing MRT station.The breakfast was delicious.

The night manager was the best. He was helpful, friendly, insightful, and professional. He made our stay very pleasant.

It is hard to give comments on this one. I did not know that it was a converted guest room located on the ground floor. It seemed that the ventilation of the room was not good due to the closed windows, or the raining of the past days, so there were mold smell in the room. After I complained to the hotel staff, they told me I have to pay the difference if I wanted to change to other rooms upstairs. That made me felt that I fell in a kind of scam: I was lured into this hotel with a bargain offer but later I had to pay more than the offer price to get a room that I expected to have. I did not continue the conversation as I was on my way out. It seemed that the hotel did some efforts on reduceing the mold smell after I went out, as the mold smell was not that strong when I was back late that night. I don't know if I missed the information or the hotel or Trip.com did not highlight the room is a converted guest room. I would not definitely book this room if I knew that.

Good location as MRT is just behind the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Famous sunny biscuits shop is just within walking distance.

Room was smaller than expected, moldy and dirty ceilings and corner of walls, aircon temperature dropped alot at night although it was set at the same temp. Not worth it since i paid more than usual price as it was peak season. But location is good and front desk service is great. Breakfast not too bad.

The location is great. Only two minutes to the subway and affordable.
