There was no hot water in my room... The waiter tried to fix it for a long time but failed, so he changed my room... The service attitude was OK, but there was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower that morning. After I changed the room, I didn't have time to take a shower, so I just took a quick shower and checked out...

This hotel is probably the best in Taif given Taif has a limited selection of hotels to choose from. The location of the hotel is excellent. The public areas of the hotel were nice. My hotel room was outdated, small in size, and over-priced. The room itself was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast options felt limited. Lunch options were plenty and the food was good. Hotel staff was friendly from the front-desk, dining, and cleaning. I recommend this hotel to others.

I do not recommend staying there. It has the worst service and lack of respect for the guest’s privacy. Peace be upon you. I stayed there for the first time and frankly, I did not see anything worse than the service towards you and the lack of respect for the guest or his privacy. This thing I will put in a rating when the employee comes down and gives you the bathroom towel because it has a stain on it and she puts it in front of the male people and talks to me about the stain. There is no respect for privacy when she takes the towel and doesn't have to talk about what she wants and gives me the towel and makes me wait for an hour when I have a plane appointment and I am late because you do not know the price of the towel and you talk about a stain and you are not able to wash it and you send me the towel for 125. A thousand people used it before me. I put a picture of the towel. No, in the end, she gave me towels without a bag. I could take them, where in God's name are you, unless I asked for a bag. Honestly, zero respect for the guest and the worst service I have ever seen. Even the TV doesn't turn on 4 times. I call them and it's the same day after four hours

There have been many visits since 2020, and until the last visit it still maintained the same level of excellence in guest service and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. I liked the good division of the units despite the small size, and its proximity to some landmarks such as Taif City Walk, Terra Mall, and Obeikan Tower, so I see it as the destination. Home whenever I have the opportunity to visit Taif.
