Received warm welcome WhatsApp messages from hotel one day before we arrived. Staff was really helpful & chatty who also fulfilled our request for extra pillows. She briefly intro nearby where to shop, eat & travel. A really nice helpful lady who can be contactable at all times. Highly recommend this hotel as it is equipped with lift so no problem in staying rooms at high floor.

My family and I used this service. We got lost and contacted the owner through chat, and he came to pick us up near our hotel. The owner was very friendly and we had a comfortable stay.
