Absolutely no amenities no services to get help. Get to the airport no te pot to make hot water, nothing close to get food , did not feel safe , people knocking on our door 4 times at night time what suppose to be a secure locked building

The hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low. However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.

Good location in the center of Tachloban. Close to the airport, Robinson's and most other Tachloban landmarks. It is off the main road a little so if you don't have a car you may need to walk just a little for transportation. maybe 5 minutes or so. Staff was very kind and helpful. The gym and other amenities were smaller in size but very nice. Would definitely stay again.
