Through no fault of management, getting to this hotel was a challenge created by the signage used on New York State roads. Still after only two tries, we found the facility. The parking spaces were ample. In spite of the current trend for online check-in, here the process remains manual. No problem. The room was older and somewhat worn (burn holes in the armchair and a couple more in a blanket on the bed), and bathroom ventilation was via a small window to open. The room was reasonably clean, but we still wore foot coverings. Everything worked fine: plenty of hot water for the shower, the heater/AV unit worked and was not overly loud, refrigerator was cold, and the wifi was very adequate. Even though the facility was right on a major highway, the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. For being near the airport of a metropolitan area, the rate was fair. I would have stated that at checkout but we could find not one to check us out, so I merely left the room keys with a note.

The hotel is in a location surrounded by used vehicles, at a noisy intersection. The room promised was to be an accessible room but it was not (not even grab bars to enter the tub). An old woman was sleeping on a couch in the office lobby. Several people lounging outside rooms. An older gentleman doing a repair on equipment outside our assigned room. At the bottom of our receipt was this statement: "No Refund given after 1-hour of stay. Rooms that occuppy (sic) two people must maintain: No visitors allowed!!" We requested a full refund since the room was not accessible and the location and surroundings were not desirable. The manager ws pleasant, and granted the refund, which by the language on the receipt was probably not a rare occurrence.

The rooms were very poor and the area is very shady. It is an old building and poorly maintained. Over-priced, the room assigned to us had not been cleaned though we arrived after the advertised check-in time. Staff seemed confused. Floors were filthy in the room; bathroom had been renovated recently. Air quality was poor.
