Room was very clean and location is great, close to tourist sights in Sydney CBD. Minor complaints were that staff walked into room on us after waiting for only 2 seconds after knocking, and that shower gel container was not refilled.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good bedding. Excellent location. Note there is a bar next to the hotel that can play music until around 11PM on Thursdays to Saturdays evening. So bring earplugs and/or ask for a quiet facing room (there are some looking towards the inner courtyard) An extremely good price for value

This was a convenient place to stay for businesss. Overall it was a good stay, quick check in and check out, a comfortable room, and reasonable breakfast for the price.

If the bed was firmer, that would be perfect. The car park is very helpful.

Location is excellent - walk to Circular Quay, cruise the next day from there. Close to everything really. Staff friendly and helpful. Small room but was only for one night and cost of room was very reasonable.

Room was too tiny like the ones in Tokyo so I felt like suffocating. Pillow was thick and hard and I couldn’t sleep well. Location and cleanliness was good though.

Great location, near a tram entrance, cafe, bars, shops, grocery and gym all within a few minutes walking. The gym the hotel uses is an anytime fitness just a couple blocks north of the hotel. Was a great stay for a few nights traveling through the east coast.

Location is very good. Room is ok, beds are comfortable. Walk-in shower is very convenient. It’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel but there’s no bathrobe, no slippers. Staff is not very pleasant at reception, not very welcoming - especially the woman always chewing gum. Barely any greetings and no help when checking-in despite the fact that they could see my mother is disabled and is walking with a cane. I had to drag all the suitcases myself. Too bad.

Great location to explore Sydney. Very near tram stop and walking distance to circular quay. Also, clean and comfortable bed to rest after a long day. 👍👍👍

Excellent hotel, due to its cleanliness, central location, and modern touch. Great customer services from the well-trained and friendly staff. My family had an amazing time for 3 nights over the weekend.
