I occasionally have the opportunity to travel to Korla City on business. My friend recommended me to book a room at Loulan Hotel. The experience was great! The lobby is spacious and bright, showing the Loulan culture. The dishes are exquisite, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean and warm, and it is adjacent to the central square. It is a century-old hotel and deserves its reputation! The long Silk Road and the long Loulan love!

Environment: There is a parking lot, convenient transportation to the museum and night market. There is a small supermarket behind you to buy fruit and eat a lot. The hotel's provision is not rich, but the product is OK.
Service: The hotel staff are very good. There is a train at night from Ruoqian. It is only 5 am when I arrive. I thought I could not check in. A little brother on duty told me that I could. The aunt in the breakfast room will say hello to every dining customer. The experience is super good, 👍👍

The surrounding environment is very good, very close to the hospital bus station, the food at the nearby Beiyuan Spring Roast Duck Shop is very good. There is a fruit shop downstairs, plus the proprietress Weixin, I plan to let the proprietress send a few fragrant pears in a few days.

Special thanks to Xiao Yang at the front desk. When I checked in, I always smiled, patiently answered every question I had, and intimately recommended the surrounding attractions for me. There are also room service Aunt Li and Aunt Zhang, who will greet warmly every time they see them. The room is organized and tidy, which makes people feel happy.
I really like the service of this hotel, the five-star praise is well deserved, I will definitely come next time!

After arriving, the hotel upgraded me to a suite with windows for free, as well as free breakfast. The service was really great. The most important thing is that the environment is also good. It's close to the Peacock River and there is a hotel in front of the hotel. There is a food court, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
