Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Zermatt

Amazing what looks like a small hotel...but is not...big pool, sauna, all the perks...Great friendly staff...and of course a great view of Matterhorn..very good place to stay in Zermatt

1.這家酒店在半山腰上，有接送班車，但是晚上7點就下班了，酒店入住提示上根本沒説這一點，衹寫了班車免費，我們以為一直有班車接送，那天坐火車到了後9.30了，酒店説沒有班車了，公交也下班了，導航看步行17分鐘左右，結果，全是爬坡路，累個半死，半路上又不好打車了，累吐，全家大半夜的推着行李，累的滿頭大汗，冒椒火辣，心情糟糕透了 2.酒店分明預訂成功，但還有兩天就要入住的時候，沒有任何通知，就説信用卡扣款失敗，並且滿房，還好攜程在這一點做的非常好，幾次溝通才又讓代理商放了一間房出來，這裏必須誇獎攜程 3.酒店前台人員還是比較好，出發那天我們去玩滑翔傘，主動提出到點把行李幫我們送到火車站，不用我們再返回取行李

Saya sangat puas dengan fasilitas dasar kamarnya. Namun kamar mandinya agak kecil. Kamarnya bisa melihat puncaknya, tapi hari itu berkabut dan kami tidak melihatnya hotel memberi saya perasaan sangat modis dan didekorasi dengan penuh selera, terutama area resepsionis, area makan malam, dan kolam renang. Bagian luarnya sangat bagus. Selain itu, restoran makan malam hotelnya sangat enak pelayanannya bagus. Setelah kami memesan makanan, seseorang keluar untuk mengambil gambar pemandangan malam kota. Ketika kami kembali, makanannya sudah dingin, tetapi pelayannya sangat baik dan berinisiatif untuk membantu kami memanaskannya kembali makanan. . Pilihan sarapannya juga banyak macamnya. Kuncinya kualitas tiap jenisnya bagus.

Nilai uang yang luar biasa! Kejutan yang sangat menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat nyaman, tepat di luar stasiun kereta. Tidak yakin apakah ini merupakan upgrade diam-diam atau apakah tipe kamar ini terlalu besar. Kamar double terasa seperti suite kecil. Anda dapat melihat sudut Matterhorn dari balkon luar. Ada stereo Marshall di dalam kamar. Mendengarkan musik sambil melihat pemandangan gunung Matterhorn di seberangnya sungguh luar biasa! Satu-satunya yang membuat orang ragu adalah hotel ini berada di bawah gunung. Jika Anda ingin melihat bintang, mungkin lebih nyaman tinggal di gunung di seberang Matterhorn. (Dibutuhkan sekitar 20-30 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ini ke titik pemandangan)

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!
