Great location, right in front of the train station and very close to the town and nice restaurants. Recently renovated hotel with food and clean amenities. Nice cafe downstairs as well.

Location is good. Right next to the train station and paid car park. However, the noise is unacceptably loud during the night time, even with the double-glazed windows. Motorcycles and teens make the whole night a nightmare. The room is big with however a tiny TV. Free WIFI. The cleanliness is fair, but can be better.

Great spot in Swansea and very clean! Easy to get to places and helpful staff!

this hotel not recommend to travel during summer time, because its Air-conditioner is very noisy and not cool at all.

房間窗户是打不開的 空調老舊房間有股味道 。

廁所馬桶是壞的，由於房間電話也故障，衹能步行到一樓了前台聯繫維修人員上門檢修，等待30分鐘後維修人員未攜帶任何工具上門維修，期間離開兩次為取工具，最後沒有完成維修，酒店建議我們換其它酒店，但是家人因為時差關係已經就寢，故無法接受更換酒店的要求。 到第二天白天，酒店告知攜程工作日上午6:30可以用早餐，可惜在我與家人於6:40到達一樓餐廳時被告知7點才開始用餐，是酒店前台弄錯了時間。
