Ulasan Niccolo Suzhou

Simply an exquisite hotel, with great service, perfect views and location, luxurious rooms and lovely bonuses like free fruit and chocolates. The top floor had excellent swimming pool, sauna steam room and whirlpool available until 11pm when every other place I've been closed at 9 or earlier. A fantastic experience.

In general had a great time in there. Breakfast staff could be better, they were all feeling scared to talk to a foreigner couple. An unnecessary situation, we arrived 3 minutes before starts the breakfast and they came showing the paper that would open at 7am, right, it was 6:57, my husband laughed, the employees inside the restaurant were ready, just waiting. Beside that things were nice.

Love the scenery and excellent service quality.

The hotel is super new, and the view is absolutely stunning! The location is great too—really easy to get around. But honestly, what blew me away was the amazing service. The staff here make you feel so taken care of, almost like you have your own personal butler. I have to give a special mention to KIRA at the front desk. She was incredible—so friendly and detailed in explaining everything about the hotel. She made sure my stay was perfect, down to the smallest details. It really felt like she genuinely cared, and that made such a difference.

Very clean, big room with furniture nicely arranged. Bathroom also big and away from living/sleeping area. Service everywhere from restaurant to reception, concierge and Fitness facilities was all friendly and pro active. Breakfast on the 115th floor with a panoramic view over Suzhou was spectacular. A nice touch to mention are the cushioned benches in the elevators between the ground floor an reception on the 115th floor. I’ll stay here again.

Location is quite far from the center, and there is not much around, but the view is great, breakfast buffet is good and service not too bad. However, the bed linen was very visibly torn, which is a bit sloppy.

Bed is shaky , we couldn’t sleep well as the bed is not stable at all, even though the hotel offer to add a foam, it become worst .  Overall breakfast is good

kira is the best. hotel was good. even the breakfast was not perfect. but the rest from the hotel were just spot on.

The service is impeccable! We stayed for 5 nights there, and enjoyed everyday! The view is stunning from our room, especially in the evening. They provide different gifts and treats for the evening turndown service. The breakfast was delicious and you can order from the menu plus buffet. Everything is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Niccolo Hotel, and I must say it was an experience par excellence. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance and warm hospitality.

Nearly perfect Hotel with quite good service, location and view. Outstanding performance from Sonny in the Bar at 115, he was able to make a few cocktails (not in Menu) fit to my taste. So nice to have a bar with live music and D-Jane. Thats very seldom nowadays in Hotels. Little Con: The bright carpets at living floors need to be changed asap due to looking really bad.

During our recent business trip, we had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Niccolo Suzhou. The hotel's impressive stature as the tallest building in the area added an extra touch of grandeur to our experience. Remarkably, our room was situated on the 106th floor, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding lake. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Victor, whose exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our stay. His thoughtful gesture of upgrading all of us to a lake view room made our time at Niccolo Suzhou even more memorable and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Niccolo Suzhou was nothing short of exceptional. We were able to combine business with leisure in a setting that exuded elegance and offered unparalleled views.

Best view of Suzhou! Great experience with Niccolo Suzhou for a 2days trip with warm hospitality and service. Even I’m 3days ahead of birthday, Kira gave me a birthday cake as gift. Much appreciated. Also night bed with 2 chocolates is also really considering. Thanks for your host!

The biggest selling point for this hotel is its spectacular Birds Eye view of the surrounding area. The pool which is on 117th floor is unfortunately only for water splashing as the fan shape stops people from doing proper swimming which is a bit of shame. The price difference between the lake facing and and high rise facing is quite a big gap. Worth paying for that extra ? Not really !! The breakfast is nice enough but the view you get if you are lucky enough to get a window table is better.
