This is the best hotel, convenient and clean. The laundry services offered help us a lot. Location is so strategic and the hotel attendant with he WeChat xx女孩， help us a lot includes follow up on the tickets etc. great place and really valued for money. Thumbs up!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The walk to the hotel is not too far from other amenities and local attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. However there is a small issue I have with the room I stayed cos it does not have a full length mirror, and the mirror looks a little distorted. Otherwise all is good and well.

You will be in the middle of the action! Staff very friendly and room is very comfy.

Hotel is beautiful & fairly new. However, cleanliness can be improved because when I first checked in, there were hair strands around the sink.. Booked the suite but nothing fancy, just more spacious. Location wasn’t the best but understandable as located in 平江路 historical area. Nearest pick up/drop off location was at the tourist centre down the street along the main road. The streets weren’t smooth, lugging our luggages was a nightmare. Concierge offered to bring a trolley over for our luggages but the trolley was so small and could barely hold all our staff. The trolley could probably only fit a cabin sized luggage hahaha. Had to lug our luggages ourselves for a good 200+ metres. But convenient location, will book again if I don’t have a huge luggage with me.

Well located in populated area. Small issue: Had to drag our luggage across a road as the car could not enter the accommodation area. However, staff was helpful during checkout, helped us to drag the luggage to the main road.

The family room is very large, with a small coffee table for a partition, so the whole family can watch a movie, which is quite cozy. The staff greeted customers warmly and answered questions quickly, and the service was perfect! Opposite is the delicious Lvyang Wonton, which is very convenient for breakfast and dinner! Near the Humble Administrator's Office, Suzhou Museum, and you can also appreciate the quiet Pingjiang Road in the early morning!

The room is clean and cozy. Pingjiang Road is downstairs. The Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove are nearby and can be reached within a 15-minute walk. It is super convenient for shopping or visiting the park.

Booked a family room, brought my father and mother to live together, one room is enough. The location is convenient, just beside Pingjiang, 300m to Lion Grove, 700m to Suzhou Museum, suitable for elderly people to walk.

The hotel is located in Pingjiang Road Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to Guanqian Street. Although the hotel is next to the busy pedestrian street, it is also quiet. The room design is nice and clean. Free laundry service is also provided. The waiter is very professional and has a good service attitude. In addition to helping us to send our clothes back after washing, they also assisted us foreigners who were not convenient to pay with WeChat to order meals and call taxis. The hotel is willing to provide us with an extra sheet for the double bed The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden. There are shops all around on the way, making shopping very convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own breakfast restaurant, but it cooperates with other restaurants downstairs to provide premium breakfast. There was a smell of cigarettes coming into our room at night. We thought it was the smell of barbecue from the restaurant downstairs, but later we saw someone smoking outside our door, which was very disturbing for us who don't like the smell of cigarettes. The disadvantage of a hotel on the pedestrian street is that chartered car drivers cannot park near the hotel. Drivers who are not familiar with the road are stuck in a very small alley that is almost impossible to turn around, 2 kilometers away from the hotel. Finally, with the help of the hotel waiter, we drove to a small road closer to the hotel. As we had too much luggage, the waiter had to use a cart to help us carry the luggage. We also needed to walk for about 5 minutes to get to the hotel.

The hotel is located on Pingjiang Road. You can go shopping downstairs. There are many Hanfu lovers taking pictures on Pingjiang Road. The hotel is also very clean and sanitary. It is very close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, and Couple Garden. The front desk service is also very warm. Most importantly, it is very safe. The takeaway I ordered was delivered to the door of the room by the front desk staff. The takeaway staff is not allowed to enter the hotel. I like this very much. When I left, I gave the children a snack bag. If I go to Suzhou again, I will stay at this hotel again.
