The location is great, right in the city center and not even 1 minute away from the closest metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though they don't speak English, they will try to communicate either by understanding your (my) poor Chinese skills or by using a translation app.
The facilities are clean and new, and the laundry machines work perfectly (and are really cheap).
Definitely would recommend :)

On the good side it is located 50m from the metro station, and the area around the hotel is the best to stay in Suzhou, most of the attractions are within walking distance. The room also have flat screen tv and double bed for a very cheap price. On the bad side the bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned often enough, and the room was not that clean, although it was still passable. But overall a solid option to stay in Suzhou, for the location the price is very attractive.

Bed room is clean.
Unfortunately bathroom is so dirty. Some user left ”it” on toilet bowl.
Staffs clean up the bathroom several time in a day but it cannot keep up with the demand.
Staffs are kind and helpful. Location is very good.
