Wyndham Grand Suzhou Fenhu

The staff at the Wyndham was very nice. The breakfast food was quite good, and our room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is on a nice lake with good views and walking or biking paths. The hotel has tandem bikes available to borrow. Other than the lake, there aren't a lot of options of things to do in the area, so come only if you're looking for a quiet getaway. There are some good Chinese restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is very, very cold. They should consider heating the pool, our kids were hoping to do a lot of swimming but couldn't stand being in the pool for very long. There was also some noise each night we were there--families being noisy in the hallway or music playing (not sure if it was from the street or from an event at the hotel). It got quiet each night by 9:30pm. Lastly, the rooms have several lights that come on with a motion sensor around the entryway and bathroom. This sounds like a nice idea but it is terrible for those who actually sleep in the room. Every time someone gets up at night to go to the bathroom, the lights go on--very annoying.

酒店的環境不錯，房間對着湖景，衞生間和洗漱區域做了乾濕分離，住起來感覺很舒服，小徐的服務很好～再説説這家酒店的餐飲，值得給打五星，自助早餐和自助晚餐都比較豐富，也有蘇州這邊的特色，下次會再來。

酒店地理位置優越，房間很大，湖景視野很美。衞生間乾濕分離，佈局合理。地下車庫有充電樁，車位充足。客户經理徐波服務熱情，有問必答，推薦的周邊景點風景優美，讓我們不虛此行，度過了完美的假期，給小徐點贊！下次再來汾湖還會選擇入住這裏。

正好公司有休假，上海開車58分鐘來到知音温德姆休閑一晚，最讓我們喜歡的是自主晚餐，比想象的超值很多，居然有甲魚，三文魚，生鮮，還有最愛的紅酒，太爽了，健身房和泳池也用了，非常不錯，最後走的時候老公把衣服掉在酒店了，聯繫了酒店大堂經理小徐，服務沒得説，馬上幫我們找到並且順豐郵過來，很感謝他的服務，熱情到位，完美的兩天一夜噢😻

預訂的帶自助晚餐的房間套餐，當天到的時間有些晚，用餐時間已過半，本來還擔心會不會不剩什麼吃的了，實際過去發現菜品還是很多，吃完後廚不能補給，晚餐吃很撐，味道不錯；房間可以看到汾湖，第二天下雨，沒騎得了自行車，但雨天躺在沙發上，看着雨景也不錯；服務人員也很熱情，入住和退房時都送了小朋友禮物，小朋友很開心，特別提出對小韓、小尹的表揚，服務熱情、貼心。小童樂園很好，泳池有些小了，但小朋友玩得很開心。總之，這個親子酒店我是推薦的

五一假期期末錯峯遊，和同學三家帶娃選了這家酒店，五一加價100每間還是能接受的，房間佈局比較好，乾濕分離，衞生間有個單獨的洗手池非常方便，泳池也分小童區和成人區，小童樂園有點小適合年齡小的娃，門口環湖自行車感覺還是不錯的，早餐和自助餐住店套餐性價比比較高，入住期間的問題小徐都幫忙解決了，體驗感不錯，孩子們説下次還來。
