Tongli Lake Resort (Phase II)

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and near the tourist attraction.

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

這周雙休日糾結了很久，最後選了古早的一家度假村，來之前知道這家有點老了，本來期待不高的，沒想到真的很驚喜！ 設施：設施，他家親子蘇州酒店排11名，比較我之前住過的一些去蘇州打着親子名義的酒店，他家設施真的很俱全！室內泳池也分小童恆温泡湯，成人泳池。小童樂園室內分四個房間。有室內室外兩個地方挖沙子。室外的小童樂園也不含糊！設施的齊全程度真的秒殺一些別的酒店！ 環境：公區很美！雖然老了！看得出是以前豪華酒店的裝修風格！維護不容易，加油啊！ 服務：重點表揚！每個人都是面帶微笑！我這個還升級成套房了，管家餘婷很熱情。我一入住就給我送飲品和毛巾！還有晚安品，晚上還送牛奶和泡腳桶！ 衞生：人多，維護不易！ 最後，我真的覺得這個酒店是不錯的！性價比一流！希望加油啊！

環境：就在湖邊，風景優美 服務：管家餘婷的服務特別好，給我們升級了湖景房，在房間裏就可以看到日出。對於我這樣的殘疾客人服務特別周到，安排了輪椅和接駁車去古鎮，這樣出行真的太方便了。客房服務也是非常的周到，歡迎水果，牛奶、迷你吧、離店伴手禮一樣不差。 設施：度假村遊玩設施還是比較多的，不過工作日相對少一點。還可以喂喂小動物，坐坐小火車。遺憾的是沒有體驗到非遺手作下次來爭取體驗一下。。房間設施齊全，智能馬桶浴缸🛁都有，還可以泡腳，淋浴🚿花灑特別好用，水量大，

首次入住同裏湖度假村（二期），收穫了預期外的驚喜與感動，這源於酒店的崔小姐及餘婷小姐服務態度堪稱完美，對客如對家人般的貼心關懷，主動熱情的服務不僅完美的體現了高尚的職業操守，讓人覺得温馨而滿足，而這種滿足已遠超度假本身該有的舒暖，這樣的服務品質催生了我們入住同裏湖度假村（二期）欲罷不能之念，並嚮往日後繼續成為入住的重要選擇。

週末帶娃入住了同裏湖度假村（二期），總體體驗不錯！湖景絕美，尤其是早上走走，微風襲來，很涼爽。親子設施齊全，可以餵動物、挖沙子、滑滑梯，室內也有，清潔還可以。就是天熱沒什麼客人餵動物，員工其實可以先喂一些，看着動物們餓得湊過來，有點可憐。 管家餘晴服務周到熱情，超貼心一路帶我們介紹。餐廳超暖心，特意送的晚安粥香甜可口。交通便利，但是同裏古鎮還是建議開車。時間安排沒有用酒店的中餐廳同裏一號，聽説也不錯。
