Suka banget sama hotel ini😍 Mereka bahkan ngasih saya upgrade kamar gratis ke kamar yang lebih besar, semuanya dikontrol dengan cerdas, bisa minta AI Xiao Du buka gorden, matiin lampu, putar musik, dan sebagainya, bahkan mangkuk toiletnya juga cerdas. Kamar dilengkapi sterilisator, bisa sterilin handuk, keamanan terjamin dengan akses lift terbatas. Mereka punya makanan ringan gratis di dekat resepsionis, sarapannya super enak! Mereka bahkan punya ruang kebugaran dan area binatu!😍 Pasti akan pilih hotel ini lagi

Positif: Pelayanan yang baik dan membantu, meskipun mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris, kami berkomunikasi dengan penerjemah ponsel dan tidak ada masalah, sarapan enak, semuanya sangat bersih dan dekat dengan mal dan jalan Pingjiang.
Negatif: Taksi tidak bisa berhenti di depan hotel tetapi harus menuju sudut yang jaraknya sekitar 15 meter.

The location is next to the old city and we can easily walk to the restaurants and visit places along the ancient canal. The breakfast was quite adequate and provided a few local dishes.

The quality was amazing for such an affordable price! Service, amenities and cleanliness were very good. I also enjoyed the laundry service and delicious breakfast options. Also this hotel located in Gusu district but there are amazing restaurants and sightseeing places nearby. It’s also 15 minutes away from SIP and Dushu area. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Suzhou 😊.
