Tidaklah berlebihan jika dikatakan bahwa ini adalah salah satu hotel terburuk dalam kisaran harga ini yang pernah saya tinggali. Ada kecoak yang merayap di kamar mandi setiap hari, dekorasinya berbau tidak sedap, ventilasi AC bertiup langsung ke kepala tempat tidur, saya sakit kepala dan batuk ketika bangun di pagi hari, kualitas jendela sangat buruk, dan saya terbangun oleh suara mobil di luar pada pukul enam atau tujuh setiap pagi. Saya selalu punya kesan baik terhadap Atour, tapi hotel ini benar-benar telah merusak citra Atour secara serius! Sebuah hotel yang jelas-jelas mengambil jalan pintas.

Hotel baru tapi tidak seperti baru. Saya tiba di hotel pukul 2 siang, tetapi tidak ada kamar yang tersedia. Mereka bilang saya bisa check out lebih lambat karena manfaat keanggotaan. Ini sangat tidak adil! Jika tidak cukup kamar, Anda tidak dapat membiarkan tamu check out terlambat!
Ada 3 kamar dan 2 toilet tersumbat! Aku tak bisa berkata apa-apa.
Suite tersebut masih memiliki aroma kayu seperti rumah yang baru direnovasi. Panel kontrol di sebelah kanan tidak dapat digunakan, dan USB juga tidak dapat digunakan. Xiaodu hanya dapat dikontrol dengan suara.
Keesokan harinya, kartu kamar masih tidak berfungsi dan saya tidak bisa masuk ke kamar. Masalah ini terjadi di kedua kamar. Perlu mendapatkan kartu baru.

My friend and I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and the overall atmosphere was very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is super convenient – it’s close to Suzhou Station, which made arriving and getting around really easy.
Getting around the city was a breeze too – it’s very convenient to take Didi from here to anywhere you want to go. One of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful garden nearby – it's absolutely worth a visit and adds to the charm of the area.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Suzhou!

Front staffs are really nice. We're foreigner so there might be a little communication issue, but they kindly manage it. Me and my mom love the room condition, and thankfully were able to enjoy the Suzhou travel. Hotel is close to suzhou train station, and we could head to almost all travel attraction within 10mintues by taxi. Location good, service perfect. Also lobby smells so good. I really wanted to ask what kind of scent do you use :) But I was so timid haha

The hotel location is a bit out from popular places and there aren't many restaurants nearby for meals. Hotel staffs don't really interact with guests a lot unless you approach them for query.Big & nice hotel, but it feels cold & and quiet, which lack of warmth home feeling.Their breakfast was bad and lack of food varieties only providing basic items at the cost of rmb 48/pax.Not hotel staffs will help you with your luggages when arriving or leaving hotel which you need to drag your luggages to the main road for your transport.Will not consider this hotel the next time if I go to Suzhou.Singapore

my partner & i loved this hotel, our room was clean & comfortable. the hotel lobby smelled amazing! breakfast was also very delicious and many options to choose from. the staff is attentive and helpful. this is the 2nd atour hotel i’ve stayed at since moving to china and i look forward to only staying at atour while traveling within china & recommending it to my fellow travelers :) so far love this hotel chain. 10/10
