Was a good stay for the reason I was there! They went out of their way to help and accommodate me, even helped to send a package back to my home in Guangzhou!

Definitely one of the best hotels. Price is low compared to other hotels in Suzhou of the same caliber. Staff are friendly. Laundry facilities are Top Notch. Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy

I would like to share an interesting experience I had staying at this hotel. A friend invited me to Suzhou, and something unexpected occurred. We ended up in a hotel room that I had initially booked. After I checked in, I realized that I had booked a motel instead of the hotel I had intended to stay in. I looked up the closest hotel and also a chain hotel, and I decided to stay there for one night. The somewhat unusual thing is that the receptionist kindly suggested I cancel my Trip.com reservation and make a new one at the desk, as it might be a better deal. I was quite disappointed because it was my first experience with this particular brand. Based on my experience in Suzhou, I would be unlikely to select this hotel as a future accommodation option.

The environment and facilities of this Hanting are OK, but the front desk always wants you to sign up for membership. I stayed twice and they still gave me different excuses. One time they wanted to send breakfast, and the other time they wanted to give me a room that is not next to the elevator or at both ends. It's really annoying.

At 12:00 in the evening, the door was opened by a stranger, and the front desk responded that the guest had given the wrong room number. It is unbelievable that such a mistake related to personal safety could happen in such a prestigious hotel chain.

For those who come here for exam vacation, Huazhuhui is an old resident. The environment is very clean! There are also snacks and drinks in the lobby🥤. Booking on Ctrip is more expensive, so it’s better to use the Huazhu app.

The room is very clean and the cleaning lady is also very nice. But the accommodation arrangement really makes me feel a little speechless. I followed the normal request and arrived around 12 o'clock. I was told that there was no room available because there were many people booking hotels for the concert and I had to wait for half an hour. Then they said they would upgrade me to a room, but I would have to pay another 49, which was normal. The double rooms are at one end and one end of the hotel, and then the rooms are upgraded to rooms in the middle. 49 is really not much. But the problem is that you don’t have a house, and you asked me to upgrade to a house. The upgraded house was just in the middle, and you asked me to pay more. I asked, are you sure you will have a room in half an hour? [I stayed at another Hanting hotel the day before and had to wait almost an hour or two for check-out] The front desk was not sure, and then there was a late check-out at this time, so I was called by the hotel to urge me to check out. [The reason given was a mistake] Then after I refused to upgrade the apartment, I said, Oh, there is actually a house right opposite the elevator. I just thought you would stay for a few days, so xxx, I was confused. Why didn't you tell me at the beginning? If I have to stand down there for a long time, it's my business whether I want to live in the house opposite the elevator. Moreover, your ordinary double room only has two options: one at the end and the other at the end. I don’t want to live in the end. The experience is really bad. It is already hot. Then the room is really small, the table and chairs cannot be pulled out, they are next to the bed. This is the smallest Hanting room I have ever stayed in. It is very crowded.

Came here to watch Joker Xue's concert. The hotel was carefully decorated. There was a sign with Joker's name at the door and some peripheral items of Joker's were given as gifts. The hotel service is also very good. The accommodation is very comfortable. It's close to the subway station and to the Suzhou Olympic Sports Center. It’s only a few stops away. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who come to Suzhou to watch a concert!

The transportation is convenient and close to the subway entrance. This time I booked the hotel to watch Lao Xue's concert. When I checked in, I got a small fan as a gift. It's very close to the Olympic Sports Center by subway. It saves a lot of time. There are also takeaways for food and drink nearby, which is also convenient.

The location of Hanting is very good, close to the subway station and opposite the Sinopec gas station. The room was cleaned quickly and the customer service was enthusiastic. It was hot and 2 bottles of water were not enough. The customer service asked the robot to deliver the food. It was my first time to enjoy it and it felt very novel. There are restaurants nearby for breakfast. We drove there, but we couldn't enter the main entrance. There was a free parking space. We turned in from Suzhou Avenue and there was a gap among the small trees (this is not good. There is no high p sign or directions. I got off the car and went to the hotel lobby to ask. How to drive the car in? The customer service told me to drive down to the parking garage. When I arrived, I saw that the parking lot was very narrow and I didn't have the skills to drive down. I saw there were parking spaces on the road and parked on the road. The customer service staff were very helpful.

The check-in experience at the front desk was very bad. After we checked in at the store, we took the initiative to show our ID and informed Ctrip to book a room. At this time, a female staff member who seemed to be in charge at the front desk did not check us in in time. Instead, they whispered to the guy at the front desk and asked us to wait. After the two people at the front desk finished whispering, they asked us to cancel the room reservation on the platform and book it in-store to enjoy the same price. When we did not accept the plan, the female staff at the front desk was indifferent and gave us a very bad impression. We were urged to check in immediately. The room assigned to us was not clean and tidy, and the bed was covered in dust.
