Very near to the shopping touristy district and good restaurants in less than 8min walk Beautiful and good room Have great reception Location area having renovation on the exterior main road You can't hear the noise You just avoid the construction using alternative route Not an issue at all The Cafe right outside the hotel has good sandwich and coffee

Had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at Jiangnan House. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and the location is extremely convenient. 欢欢 and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend travellers who are looking to stay within the Guanqian Street area to book Jiangnan House.

Hidden boutique hotel in the residential area of the olden city in Suzhou. Like the minimalist and zen concept. The staff were overwhelming, called one of the night to ask if the room and stay is ok. I think it is not necessary to disturb the guest at night.

Love the vibe of the hotel but not the location as is only accessible by foot. Cumbersome pushing the luggage and navigating to the hotel with the luggage. However, later they told us that they can offer pick up and drop off service to assist with the luggage from pick up point. Which the hotel assisted at our check out 😊. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night after being scam by taxi driver and left us at the silk store telling us not possible to drop us closer to the hotel.

设施：Room design is extremely ergonomically friendly. The branded amenities are very functional and practical 卫生：very clean boutique hotel inside and out 环境：convenient without the noise, easy access to local boutiques/shops, not too far from tourist spots 服务：great service at the reception, butler 小陈管家, and a thoughtful snack gift for our next journey. Everyone is very happy with the stay. Will be back surely.

酒店設計精緻，細節講究。  房間寬敞舒適，我的房間還有浴江，體驗很好。  地點離觀前街不遠，位置安靜，但車輛無法駛入內街略有不便。   服務貼心，態度親切，主動協助安排行程和推薦美食。特別感謝管家小苗協助叫車和送行！

2024.11帶2歲半的娃在有熊的觀前店住了3晚。【位置】在蘇州老城區的幹將路和臨頓路交叉口的西北的巷子裏，汽車是進不去的，打車的話最近的下車點（別樣紅集合店）步行過去約3~5分鐘，等臨頓路的地鐵修好了，從東邊過去會更近一點。周邊也有停車場，自駕也可以。【出行】巷子東頭有個電瓶車租車點（閃電虎），68元8小時或88元一天，在老城區逛很方便。坐地鐵或打車也都很好。【環境】結合現代室內裝飾設計與蘇州園林，酒店內處處皆景！光線也沒問題，帶相機很出片！非休息時間的環境背景音樂點贊！【設施服務】淋浴熱水很好，入住有歡迎水果，迷你吧的飲料涼茶很好，袋泡茶是TWG的。工作人員很貼心，走的時候晚退房了1個半小時還幫我們把大件行李送到巷子口，送給寶寶1隻香蕉和1盒巧克力！【餐食】送的姑蘇橋的早點，很好吃！7點到10點半，時間也很寬裕。但相對不值哈，直接在店裡點同樣的餐衹要40元左右。主要是蘇州小吃太多了，有熊酒店周邊的“珍珠飯店”、“蠻好閣包子（舊學前店）”、“啞巴生煎”都相當美味。【總體】很好的體驗！配得上蘇州！

環境：美極了！性價比超好 衞生：很乾凈，住的放心 服務：服務人員很熱情，缺點是沒有電梯，辛苦工作人員幫忙搬行李，非常感謝 設施：比較完善，吹風機是戴森的，很好用。酒店裡有個茶館很漂亮，出門的咖啡館裏的麪包特好吃。 缺點：房間裏的地毯用久了，有點兒洗不掉的污漬。枕頭不舒服，是那種軟乎乎的枕頭，一躺就塌的

房間很有設計感，衞生也挺乾淨，還配備了加濕器。管家小陳很熱情負責，貼心的提前打電話加了微信，房間也是按照我的需求安排的。贈送了歡迎水果，提前把空調房間空調打開，暖暖的

12號辦理入住時的小姐姐笑容很治癒，管家小陳服務也很貼心，及時為我們送來水和功夫茶包，非常贊哦！房間空調的啟動聲音很輕，夜晚很安靜，睡眠質量很好！

每次住都有欣喜的有熊，觀前街的這家位置很好很新，雖然小了點，但是藏在蘇州衚衕裏的別有洞天。停車有點麻煩，推薦觀前一號的那個停車場，行李多也不怕，這家的服務很不錯，小哥來回都幫忙接送了行李，管家小陳很nice，也很周到👍，沒來得及感受下陽光裏在門口同人有茶的木炕上🍵的樣子，就留待下次😄

酒店地理位置還可以，打車的話去各大景區都挺近的。整體不大，但是環境還行，比較中式。早餐的話葱油拌麪+辣醬最好吃很香，早餐店環境還挺好的。管家也會實時關心提醒詢問服務蠻不錯的，唯一的不足就是打掃完房間，收走的浴巾什麼的沒有補充～

來蘇州選的觀前街有熊酒店，到觀前街和拙政園都很方便。酒店設施新、環境好、服務到位，還要表揚一下管家小陳，提前一天就把到酒店的最優路線發給我了，入住期間的服務也是熱情周到，有緣再會！
