We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

The hotel is in an outstanding location around the lake. Also close by are some shopping malls. The metro is a foot walk away that you can go everywhere. The bar inside offers good cocktail for a reasonable price. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. Large buffet and everything is offered from western style and China style. Will go there again.

I visited Crowne Plaza East Taihu Lake for the second time. This time I brought my whole family with me. I was still satisfied as always! ! Thanks to Yuanyuan for her arrangement. She was very thoughtful and considerate. The three rooms were arranged on the same floor in advance. I have to say that the food and beverages were also very good. Whether it was a buffet dinner or a buffet breakfast, the quality was very good! I look forward to visiting again in the future~

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The room is clean and tidy, but the details of the room need to be improved! It’s a pity that I didn’t try the breakfast. I will definitely try it next time! The service was impeccable and gave me a warm feeling like going home. Because the room was cold, Ms. Zhang who was checking out saw that I had a slight cold and asked her to make me a cup of hot black tea while she was issuing the invoice. It's really thoughtful and unexpected. I need such warmth when I go out. I will choose here next time. Later, I called and found out that the girl’s name is Zhang Yaling and she is the manager. I really want to give her a big thumbs up! Just because she will come next time! ! !
