這家酒店沒有洗漱用品，牙刷和拖鞋都沒有提供，要另外購買。最後我們外出走10分鐘去外賣。
床單上有不知名的體毛，但並不屬於我們的，我們還沒有躺上去掀開被子就發現了，真的是很影響入住的感受，這應該是目前為止住過體驗感最差的酒店了。
This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

My room was immaculate. My bed was huge and super comfy. The windows unfortunately don't open but the aircon was working and kept the room temperate. Booking was super easy and when I arrived I was greeted with efficiency and a smile even though it was the early hours of the morning. I'm a fussy traveller so for me to say my bathroom was immaculate is a big statement. Breakfast was fine and granted I got down there a little late but what I ate was tasty and still hot, just wish there had been a little more of it. I left feeling so refreshed and I will definitely book again.

We always book Premier Inns when we stay in hotels because you know exactly what you're going to get. And this hotel was no exception and certainly didn't disappoint. We booked an accessible room which was great. Roomy, big comfy bed, perfectly located right in the centre of all shopping and amenities. Hotel was quiet and we slept so well. The bonus of this particular hotel, being right next door to Bar & Block which has fast become a favourite of ours. We took advantage of the meal deal which we booked upon arrival. Parking is in St Nicholas Shopping Centre next door and is a couple of mins walk to hotel. Reduced rate overnight when you validate your ticket on reception. A great couple of nights in Sutton. If you're into your Chinese cuisine, check out The Place on the High Street, best Chinese we've ever had!!

The hotel is in a lovely area, the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Both hotel and restaurant staff had service with a smile. The hotel is located near lots of shops, places to eat and a cinema. Despite being on a busy road, there was no noise coming from it, the rooms were so quiet. The beds were comfortable also. The food was delicious and full of flavour. We will definitely be returning.
