The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors.The spaceThis beautifully mostly remodeled three-bedroom one-bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs available for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. For further instructions on how to use the pool gate please message me and I will send you a how to video.NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.
