"The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The air conditioning was great and kept it very cool. The pool in the lobby was super convenient and the kids loved it. A special shout-out to the front desk service, which was excellent; they helped us with our luggage to and from the scenic area. The hotel also has a laundry room with dryers, which was really handy. Next to the hotel lobby, there's a Hanfu photography studio which was also very convenient, and the makeup was beautifully done. The kids especially loved it. This hotel is really worth recommending!"

Every staff member is enthusiastic; Qingqing, our butler, provided warm and thoughtful service and was always responsive. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a great variety of fruits, and the evening barbecue was delicious. The two young women serving at the barbecue were also very friendly. I highly recommend the barbecue – excellent value for money! I'll choose this hotel again if I get the chance! I look forward to seeing you do even better!"

The front staffs was very helpful she upgraded us in the bigger room and facing the lake scenery was beautiful and serene . The Only down side was after arrived from the car park we had to walked 15 mins on the uneven stone paving with luggage to the Hotel . It wasn't too pleasant ,Plus there was no Hotel sign . We had to asked several people for direction. Other than that this Hotel is very nice .Highly recommended ."

"I checked in on the fourth night of the ***** New Year. It was very crowded, and the only parking available inside the scenic area was in the east or south parking lot, which was packed! It faced the street, with one wall being a glass door, and was extremely noisy – the sounds of countless tourists and the cleaning staff dragging trash cans in the early morning. I didn't sleep a wink all night. The restaurant offers an 88% discount on meals! Before leaving, they gave me a chili pancake and two bottles of bottled water as souvenirs!"
