location is very nice and convenient (with free parking!), close to the beach not very clean, with tons of sand stuck between the sofa cushions; bunch of construction materials stored in the closets (eg. plastic boxes, unbuilt shelves, a pair of dirty socks.... and more) its more or less a self-served apartment so there is not much to say about services, guests need to clean everything up (including washing everything, taking out ALL the trash to basement floor prior checking out), which i think is acceptable considering it being self-served; i did clear away and clean everything up before checking out but my only concern is, dont force guest to clean their stuff away when the apartment itself is not clean (with sand and construction materials, socks) NOR INSPECTED before checking other guest in, or at least should let the guest know... facilities were nice, with pool, jacuzzi, bbq area...

The location of the apartment is very good, next to two big supermarkets, 1 minute walk to the beach. Large interior space, balcony directly overlooking the sea, very good value, great experience.

Private apartment. It has everything. Grey like it. The place is very central and the transportation is convenient. It's the sister building of Hilton. I knew it, and I lived there for a month ^_^

We stayed two nights as a family of four and we had a great time. The kids loved the lobby play area, water park, trampoline and giant chess. The parents loved the drinks from the bar, especially the fun frozen ones! The place is two blocks away from the beach and we walked there several times. We were also able to walk along the beach down to the center of town (about 20 minute walk). The size of the room was great and it was nice that the kids had their own room. The room could use an update but it was fine for what we needed. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave and sink. Overall, I would recommend this place for families.

There aren't many reviews in this house. I still have some embarrassment before ordering. I have booked it on a cheaper price. This is a pure apartment nature, the first experience. The front desk was off work after 5:30, and it was necessary to call the safe password at the end of the night. There was a letter enclosing the key. The phone will ask for credit card information to verify identity. After getting the key to open the door, I found it amazing. The perfect one bedroom and one living room balcony, the living room and bedroom are large floor-to-ceiling windows. Although it is a little far from the coast, the sea view can be seen on the balcony. The kitchen is large, more chopping board than the previous one, and it is convenient to cook, so I made it myself three meals a day. Because there is a shopping mall across the road, there is woolworth inside. The location is really invincible, go straight along the road for three minutes to the beach, the beach in the center of Surfers Paradise! Of course, it will be more noisy, but it doesn't matter if I close the door at night, because I am sleepy at night during the day. There are also washing machines and dryers, intimate. To say that the only thing that is not too accustomed is that there is no cleaning service. It will only be cleaned once in the middle of more than eight days. The problem is not big for us, it is nothing more than bath towels are washed out every day with clothes and then dried. In addition, the kitchen inside said that we did not find out that all the equipment is OK, it is estimated to be refurbished. Another interesting thing is that there will be pigeons on the balcony in the morning, and one day there will be a parrot. The children are very happy to feed the pigeons with rice.
