Awesome view. Clean toilet, comfortable bed. Huge space..

Huge villa! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Aircon is centralized, hot and cold shower, available 24 hours, big balcony, patio and roof deck where you can grill your own food. It is also located near the pool area. Literally a few steps away frrom the villa. Bed and linens were all very clean and comfortable too. I will recommend this place to families and big groups of friends.

Serviced apartments a short walk from Surfers Paradise beach, 5 mins walk G:link light rail stop (Cypress Avenue). It's also 3 mins to Budds Beach which is a nice quiet sunset spot. Stayed in a one bed which was very spacious (~70-80sqm?) and, southfacing, had a good view of the city lights at night and with glimpses of Surfers Paradise beach. Cleanliness was quite good, but you have to take the rubbish out yourself, since there's no housekeeping. Amenity-wise, it's all self contained with your own dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The lobby cafe isn't the cheapest but very handy if you're heading out on a day trip but don't have time to pop out for brunch in Surfers first.

Friendly staff and good location

Stayed here for 4 nights and felt like a cozy home. Location is good and staffs were really nice. Clean and got everything that I needed.

I would not stay here again. Poor location, issues with room as it had not been cleaned properly with dirty laundry and bed not done or surfaces wiped and nothing replaced liked towels etc which the fantastic cleaners that did finish it were prompt and thorough and also the $200 deposit apparently taking 5 days to be returned which a lot of places still do whilst more up market hotels it’s returned within 24 hrs.

先説優點，三面海景，視野景色5星。房間超大，空間感很好。洗衣做飯很方便，位置也很好，還提供一個車位。美中不足，衞生差了些，單人床不是很舒服，被子就是兩張床單包起來的毛毯……，追求性價比還是不錯的選擇。

房間設施很齊全，我們很晚才到，原來前台是會下班的，但是還是有很多種方法可以自理辦理入住，可以透過電話手把手教學入住！附近就有商場跟超市，方便！

高層房間帶陽台風景超級好看，特別適合拍照，左手看海 右手看河
