The location is perfect, very convenient to anywhere. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, which is not good .

Friendly customer service. Rooms are very clean. Close walk to everything.

Amazing service from the get go. We were upgraded. The room was beautiful included everything you could need. Very central to everything including carpark for overnight parking, beach, clubs, restaurants etc.

My children booked my partner and I a night in a Superior twin room for my birthday. From arrival the service we received was fantastic. I was offered a complimentary mimosa whilst checking in and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with ample room and updated modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and we had great views from the 9th floor within walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise - a block from Cavill Ave. I rate this 5 stars however their were a couple of small issues - you need to book for onsite parking which unfortunately we were not when my son did our booking. However their is parking right next door for around $15 per day. The other issue was our sliding door wouldn’t lock after returning to our room after dinner. Minor issues but full disclosure on our stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at The Island again!

Very disappointed! average hotel extremely overpriced for what it is.. bathroom super small, water spill everywhere when u shower and the spa is broken! The hitter is not working and I wasted my only day off paying for a hotel with facilities and guess what?! And up the morning inside the room very upset and feeling like a waste of money and time!

It was a great place to stay

Was a really good night out. Always great service, rooms are always clean and tidy. Never an issue when we stay. Only difficulty is the driveway being so narrow to get in and out when there is more than 1 or 2 cars but no other complaints 🤷‍♀️😀

친구들이랑 생일 겸 놀려고 예약했는데 위치도 그렇고 좋았어요! 다만 방에 개미가 나온 건 좀 그랬네요,,

高樓層陽台很爽，但是樓下馬路會有一點吵。 前台收了100刀按金，目前check out 10天了，還未退還。

약간 오래된 느낌의 호텔이긴 하지만 위치가 서퍼스 파라다이스와 가까워 좋습니다. 수영장 온수도 좋아요! 다만 목금토 묵는 중 밤에는 굉장히 시끄럽습니다. 새벽한시까지 음악 소음이 지속되니 일찍 자는 사람들은 피하는게 좋겠습니다

職員有禮貌，位置極方便，設施亦好。 首次登記住宿，有驚喜。酒店雖然舊但有翻新，翻新後品味高，很有澳洲式設計風格。

위치는 진짜 좋은데 너무 시끄럽고 좀 오래된 느낌이에요!
