Ulasan Tiki Hotel Apartments Surfers Paradise

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, sekitar 8-10 menit jalan kaki ke pantai. Kamarnya besar, tapi agak tua, tapi bersih. Terdapat seluncuran air di kolam renang yang disukai anak-anak. Terdapat dapur, kompor, dan peralatan makan untuk membuat makanan sederhana, dan terdapat juga supermarket dan banyak restoran di dekatnya untuk dipilih. Habiskan akhir pekan Anda di Gold Coast, akomodasi bernilai baik.

Pelayanannya buruk, staf tutup pekerjaan lebih awal, kami akan pergi berbelanja jika tidak melihat siapa pun di hari kedua, kami akan mengenakan biaya keterlambatan, 30 AU, staf laki-laki mengetuk pintu dan sangat tidak ramah dan meminta kami untuk pergi, ketika bagasi ditarik ke meja depan saya disuruh menagih lebih banyak, dan total 50Au dikenakan... sangat aneh.

Parkir sebenarnya dikenakan biaya $15, itu jelas tempat parkir di lantai bawah.

Saya memesan hotel ini hanya untuk satu malam dan saya harus mengatakan bahwa saya kagum dengan kamarnya, itu sangat besar dan pemandangan dari jendela sangat bagus. Kamar juga dilengkapi dengan jacuzzi untuk pengalaman yang lebih santai.

Tidak apa-apa. Saya tinggal di ruangan itu

Ruangan itu lebih tua dari yang diharapkan tetapi cukup luas. Spanya besar dan jetnya sangat kuat dan itu indah. Apartemen Tiki yang kami tempati pasti akan direnovasi.

Well worth it!! Service was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. The building is showing its age but we took the time to google its history & found it acceptable.

Tiki Hotel Apartments is excellent value for money. It is my place of choice when in Gold Coast. I have stayed there 7 times now. Rooms are spacious, the room spa is great. Tue pool, bbq area on ground level and Spa and Sauna on the rooftop makes for a fantastic stay

Everything is perfect. Receptionist is very kind. Thanks to her consideration, I was able to leave my luggage for about 5 hours after checking out

We booked this hotel by looking at the pictures of the hotel and the reality is far from expectations. They advertise it as kids friendly place, however barring a slide in the swimming pool, there is nothing which can be called as Kids friendly in the place at all We came here to Celebrate the birthday of my twin daughters who are now 6 year old, and The bed had sand all over it when we checked in. The room had no balcony, no decent proper ventilation and lighting is poor as well. The property is dated and is hard to enjoy the place The pool is very small but is not heated so the kids are cold all the time which also renders it unusable. I did mention it to the staff who were courteous enough to offer another room, however, the room was even worse than the one which we had, as it was completely claustrophobic and we didn't even use it and locked it. However next day, upon checkout, they asked me to pay for the extra room which came as a shocker. There was no email, no message and no calls given to us, as they expected the Keys back and now they are emailing me again and again to pay the full price of the room in which we didn't even stay. This was rather horrible as now I am forced to attend to their repeated emails and when I have clearly explained our situation that because of 5 year old twins with me, it was not possible for me to have returned the keys specially when we were out making the Kids' day special. I am extremely dissatisfied with the place, and will not recommend it to any traveler. We are a regular visitor to Gold coast and this is by far the worst experience we have had at the coast. Avoid if you can

The hotel is really old. Even when it is clean, looks like dirty, because it is too old. The wall are not sound proof, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything outsite. It is like there was no wall. Also there is a huge proble of humidity in the apartment. When I arrive in the afternoon at the ap, the floor was weat from humidity.

Its a very old hotel, room was quite clean inside however in much need of a renovation as so much was old, slightly broken and outdated. The outside area (bbq and pool) was incredibly dirty and neglected. Tiles all cracked inside the “small pool” which im sure was supposed to be a spa that doesnt work and everything was mouldy and unkept. The location is good if you want to be near caville ave. Paying and extra $15 per night for parking isnt reasonable on top of the booking cost. This is maybe a 3 out of 10 Kids liked the water slide which was the only redeeming quality.

Got there a bit early still got in no problems with anything

The room was massive with a kitchen and jacuzzi, though the place is a little worn out and people partying midnight, the stay was still outstanding, we had a fabulous weekend here, thank you
