The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

I think the overall hotel level is the best in Surat, but the location is It’s a shortcoming, but it’s really clean.

Hotel was quite ok . Break was very good 😌. Recipton staff wa good . But room service was poor. Location is excellent for business person. It is very near to main surat railway station. And very lively area. Textille market is walking distance for textille business person.😊😊😊😊😊😊

The property is not worth the price i paid. The property is a mix of 110 rooms for hotel and remaining 325 approx studio apartments which are owned individually by others. Studio apartments are also available at 40% the prices. The hotel rooms are not worth their price.

We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. I have been staying here for more than 3 decades in this hotel. The service and food was excellent then and also now after so many years. Rooms are very spacious. And most important there is a facility for the driver's to stay in the hotel

We arrived late, and found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Although it was cleaned immediately, my heart was still uncomfortable. The hotel room was quite big, the floor was ordinary cement floor, and the slippers were used repeatedly. The kind of very cheap slippers, not one-off; the hotel service is generally OK, specially riding a motorcycle to send me a courier, I gave a 100 rupee tip. In addition, listening to customers said that the hotel is not open for a long time.

Good. To stay nice good hotel with clean room, nice ambience and tasty food but prices are bit higher. Near to ahmedabad airport. I have tried spa service and it was excellent. I would actually rate this a 4. 67 out of five.
