Good hotel with a lot of facilities and good view. However, it is a bit too far away from the tourist areas and main walking street

Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.

Clean and comfortable and quite strategic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Love it. Tips : book for odd numbered room for the best view (Taman Bungkul and city view)

It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!

The service is excellent. The location is very strategic. Near of Surabaya Monument.

The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience. 🌟 Service: The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but with the hope that the hotel addresses these shortcomings to provide a more seamless and comfortable experience.

This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

Amenities: There's a swimming pool, a nice window view, and a breakfast buffet. Good • Nearby convenient store, Circle K and Indomaret. • Nearby cafe, Kedai 27. • Nearby coin laundry shop. • There's a mini fridge. • Breakfast was good, varieties of selections. Bad • The aircon compressor box at the balcony can be a little noisy at night. • Toilet was kinda small, and the sink was separated.
