It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

It's a quiet place away from the old city center, but there are many restaurants and the people are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend the residence. The price is good.

We were assigned to a smoking room but can't change due to fully booked hotel. The staffs were trying hard to clear the air and sanitize the room. They were truly helpful and prioritize their guest's needs.

My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

The facilities at the hotel are top-notch! The pool area is a beautiful oasis – a perfect place to relax. I also enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped for a good workout. Dining at Shangri-La Surabaya was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. Me and my boy friend were here just for a night but everything was so good. Good location,the food was nice,clean room and the staff speak english. We got a cheap price for the room We would to come and stay here again when we are in Surabaya.

Frie day staff, convenient to the mall. Well appointed rooms although sound proofingnqith neighbouringneoom can be improved. Couldn't talk normally in the room due complain by an extremely sensitive neighbouring room guest. I could hear him especially his closing and opening of doors but he had to complain about my normal volume discussion in the room.

Location is great. Right on top of a huge shopping mall with full of foods and stores. Staffs are really friendly and helpful when asking for mall directions. Room is always kept clean. And surprised to get 5 pcs of laundry per day. Great experience!

I like the breakfast, the choice are mostly I like, I’ll come back again occasionally the price keep no increase.
