⭐⭐⭐☆☆ ”Stylish Stay with Room for Improvement – ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya” I recently stayed at ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya and had a mixed experience. While the hotel offers modern design, spacious rooms, and a gym for guests, there are a few areas that need attention to improve the overall experience. 🛋️ Ambience & Design: The hotel features a modern, artistic design that creates a trendy and visually appealing atmosphere. The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience. 🌟 Service: The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth and were responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. ✨ Final Thoughts: ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya offers stylish design, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped gym. However, there are still a few issues that need attention: Pros: Stylish, modern interiors Spacious, comfortable rooms with essential amenities Well-maintained gym for fitness enthusiasts Friendly and professional staff Cons: Cobwebs on sliding doors and stained bedsheets Location next to an abandoned mall, creating an uninviting atmosphere No swimming pool or other recreational facilities With better housekeeping, improved attention to cleanliness, and a better use of its location, this hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but with the hope that the hotel addresses these shortcomings to provide a more seamless and comfortable experience.

The location is ok. On the one side of the hotel there is a small convenient store, on the other side there is an old small shopping center (Hollowed) which comes with a few eateries. Royal Plaza has more food choices but it takes 15-18 minutes walk and you have to go around to pass the railway tracks to get there. The traffic at the railway intersection is very bad so you better to take Grab to go to Royal Plaza. The room is clean and room size is ok. The TV is good size and has good programs. There is a safe box, but no bathtub in the room I stayed. The buffet breakfast and dinner are ok. The AC at the dining area is not cold enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train tracks are very close to the hotel so don’t choose the rooms that face the tracks if you prefer quiet environment.

Aston Inn Jemursari has a very small parking lot, making it difficult for guests who bring vehicles (even though valet parking is provided by the hotel). The breakfast menu can't expect much, because what you get is what you pay for. Modern rooms, but cleanliness can still be improved. The staff is quite friendly, but the receptionist doesn't work fast enough. Located on a small street, not on the main road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Very nice place. The parking lot also decent. Near mall. Easy to look for food in the area.

Interesting art piece. The single bed is comfortable and well placed daily. Will definitely return on the next trip to surabaya.

Hotel is worth it with price, menu breakfast in the resto much saverity and yummy, staff they are welcome with visitor, I left my watch in my room, and they were kind enough to find it and return it to me. Good choice if you stay in luminor hotel in Surabaya. View also good.

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

The Zest Hotel is a very wonderful and friendly hotel. I’m very happy with my stay. The staff, always smiling and ready to attend to your everyday needs. The restaurant on the 1st floor is very delicious and the employees there are always happy to serve you. Wonderful and delicious food. The room itself is wonderful too. The wifi works well and had no issues connecting to it. The bed is very comfortable. I got a wonderful view. Everything went well. I definitely will return next time. Thank you so much.

Still the best. Please book the room, but don't forget if you want to book non-smoking, it's better to write it first so you get a share.
