Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

It was a bad experience for me. It was not worth the money. The photos and everything showed a luxury experience, but the staff was rude and the room was not that luxurious. Also the bathrooms ceiling was falling appart.

Bad service had a very hard time. Bathrooms are extremely small. Unfriendly staff. No upgrade was given although we wanted to pay and the rooms were empty.
