Staff are amazing and very helpful especially Mr Althaf and Mr Sam.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE The room was dark. The television was very small and the INCLUDED breakfast was non existant. When questioned about the breakfast that was supposed to be included in was told they were restructuring and that I could go to a restaurant a few doors down where I would get a 10% discount.

Our hotel room had cigarette burns in the bedding despite being in a non smoking room and the towels had dirt stains on them and were very dingy. The drawers on the dressers wouldn’t stay closed and would slide and stay open. We were not told on check in what time the breakfast hours were and expected when we came down at 9:30am it would still be running but it was not so we were disappointed with that. One surprising positive was that the beds were very comfortable. Overall, this hotel was disappointing with the condition and we would likely not stay again.

Didn't like the parking, Didn't like the fact that our room was not cleaned and nothing was done for our room regarding beds made or towels restocked. Checking in was terrible and very confusing regarding deposit with credit card being held 3 to 5 business days. Room keys did not work unless going to front desk to get re scanned. Beds were very sagging.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms dated, towels thread bare, but bed was comfy although pillows were size of throw cushions. Good for the price

The room was not very clean. The shower curtain has mold. The rug was not vacuumed well. There was garbage underneith the bed skirts and dirt.

The motel is outdated and beds are worn out. Very noisy and poor soundproofing of rooms.

The staff here in Sudbury were EXCELLENT . Very helpful and knowledgeable. The room and building were clean but could use a revamp.

Hot water wouldn't come out of shower head neither of us could shower in the morning had to sponge bath at the tap

The rooms are outdated stains on the lamp Shades this hotel need to be renovated from Top to bottom

Staff Is friendly and appear to want their guests to enjoy their experience

The motel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place to others.

Bed sheets was all stain and the coffee in room was open and cups where dirty from previous stay and bathtub was full of hair toilet was dirty missing towel will never go there again and will tell all the people I now about it I’m sorry I not a complainer but that was very bad
