If you’re travelling in from STR airport this is the best hotel to book.

Close to train station, room is big. Although the hotel is a bit dated, room is clean.

Location is absolutely good. Shopping, dining out and hangout is easy.

Très belles chambres, rénovées, calmes côté cour, bien équipées. La salle de bain est magnifique avec une douche pratique. L'eau chaude arrive en une seconde! Malheureusement le bruit du couloir est audible et dérangeant. Le restaurant et le bar sont hors de prix. De plus, le café pris au bar était vraiment mauvais. Le point très négatif est donné au personnel. L'hôtel emploie du personnel incompétent et non qualifié, ce qui fait perdre beaucoup de temps en discussions. Les voeux des clients quant au choix de la chambre n'ont pas été pris en considération, pour ne donner qu'un exemple. Ceci nuit non seulement à la réputation de l'hôtel mais aussi à la réputation de tout le groupe Steigenberger.

Haben zuerst ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen . Da es aus dem Bad muffig gerochen hat bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer im 2. Stock das gut war. Erstes Zimmer 3 Sterne Qualität. Warum nicht gleich das bessere Zimmmer geben. Recepron mit Auszubildende belegt. Hatten keine Ahnung und haben auch keine Hilfe geholt. Waren schon öfters da aber dieses Mal wird es glaub das letzte Mal gewesen sein

Good location, clean, high friendly service, good breakfast. We really liked our stay. Pity the station across the street is under (long term) renovation, although you don’t hear anything. But you can’t open a window and the room is very warm and can’t be cooled more then a few degrees. Also, the sofa bed (for the kids) was very old and sqeecky. No real nice bar, unless you like cigars. A swimming pool would have been great. So, a good one if you ever want to visit a classic icon but don’t expect a modern hotel. Also not really suitable for a family with kids.

Super convenient location near the Central train station. Hotel was a little pricey for the value. It was dated, older, but the hotel staff was excellent.
