Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford Manchester

I am still in the hilton due to travel being cancelled due to severe storm, the hotel staff were very helpful and booked my room for a third night charging me a quarter of the amount I paid for two nights through you. Moral of the story book direct from the hotel in future, likewise with my travel as you didn't inform me that my Friday morning train was cancelled until 01.52am on Friday morning, I had already found out from fellow supporters at the game we were attending on the Thursday evening.

Such lovely staff on the night we checked in - 28/03. Very friendly and helpful.

Interesting hotel surrounding the ground at old Trafford . Room a good size and comfortable . Breakfast good . Area has building work but didn’t impact on stay .

Breakfast was good, font of house staff were good . don’t do cocktails at bar which was a little surprising car park was free which was a pleasant surprise .

Location very good and near tram station  Room very nice and comfortable

The room first given was had a very bad odour from toilet, I am surprised how come they given that to me in first place. They immediately switched the room but I am still unhappy with how they first issued the room. Hilton is categorised as 4* hotel so I don't expect it from them.

Good customer service. Kindly work on your TV cast settings.

Car park was a bit of a walk to the united ground, hotel lobby could be larger, room was fresh and clean with a decent mattress

This is a bit far from city centre, and not much around it. But if you have a car, this would be a great choice.

Great location and the hotel rooms are clean! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service from reception! I highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel was wonderful experience . We are family of 3 and we had to have accessible room due to my husbands recent injury. I was pretty surprised to see the size of the room! It’s super spacey , has 2 huge windows. They are half opening which is a big sense for me (in my previous reviews I always say I hate locked windows with no oxygen inside 😃). Bathroom has 2 sinks : for wheel chair user and for the full size person standing which is upper comfort . Towels , shampoos and other perks are my love from Hilton. Pills are wonderful (one more naughty requirement I have to hotels ). Another cute thing is that parking is free (have you seen free parks in this country ?😆) We didn’t get the breakfast as is it’s British and we don’t eat pork . But all the rest is super wonderful !

The stay was good. Good staff. It would've been better, if they kept at least a bottle of water in the room.
