Cute boutique hotel with amazing staff! Great location to walk around and explore Stone town with a 3-minute walk to the beach.
Food was amazing. Get the lobster ravioli. So good! Compliments to the chef! The room was beautiful.
If you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the lower floors as it is a 3-floor walkup to other rooms. No elevator available.

位置不錯，本來訂的兩個雙人間，多帶一個小朋友，要多一個人的收費。因為早班飛機所以有早餐也用不上，多一個人也沒有區別。還好攜程協調好了，沒有收費，還給了一個三人的房間

Had the most comfortable stay.. serene and quiet.. the hotel is clean and can’t stop raving about the showers.. I rate their shower amongst the best Customer service is a 10/10 and the food beautifully curated and the taste was implacable The neela is exactly what you expect from a boutique hotel. Personalised touches and hospitality out of this world. Super clean.. Enjoyed the evening cookies and the turndown.

Our stay at Neela Boutique hotel was excellent! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We were here for our honeymoon and they made us feel special throughout our stay. Our room was decorated multiple times and they arranged a wonderful dinner. The property is stunning and right in the heart of stone town.

The hotel is overly priced for what is offered. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel, clean, decently decorated, and central in Stone Town, but not worth the exorbitant rate closer to four figures, when it really should be mid-range. The food while well presented (for instance the sea food charcuterie) is again- not worth the high price paid, and rather basic. We stayed NYE and they ran out of dessert and had nothing really planned save for a free cocktail for guests. Most of the staff are great and well-trained though but again, overall, the experience does not match the high price tag!

Rooftop meal with a beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. The chargrilled prawns with truffle fries was one of the best meals I’ve experienced. The lemon mint chai tea was thirst quenching and refreshing. Great, friendly and efficient service from Zaina, Joseph and Elizabeth. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Love the vibe of the hotel, the people are cheerful and the food delicious. Recommend coming here to eat even if you aren’t staying here. Great roof top. The staff helped plan and book my excursions (which were great). Very personalized service. Turndown service - no photos of the cookies as I ate them too fast. Loved the fish and cheese charcuterie platter for breakfast. Ate it 3 out of 4 mornings. It was a little different everyday and I couldn’t get enough of it. Thank you to Tatu and the entire staff for a really lovely visit to Stone Town

This is a truly 5 star experience from start to finish. Spotlessly clean small but spacious hotel with fabulous staff on hand to take care of everything required. Fantastic roof top bar and restaurant and all of this right in the heart of bustling Stone town. Breakfast menu has multiple great healthy dining options. The only down side is the 'open plan' bedroom and ensuite layout which to be fair is down to personal taste!
